Gaushala (cow shed of abandond street cows), Hospital and Mandir (hindu temple) right across....

Friendly Staff, room and bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable. Breafast was above average.

Right infront of the hotel is Gaushala (cow shed of abandond street cows) which was not maintained or cleaned and it smelled really really bad. The whole area smelled of cow piss and poop. The hotel used heavy and lots of infused scents to get rid of the smell, but with warm weather it did not help. And also the heavy indused scents were very over powering and I did not like it. I was on 3rd Floor, and every morning I could smell it in my room and bathroom. Same, while having breakfast on the ground floor (1st floor) if someone opened the front door one would smell all that, air came inside and at one time I almost threw up on my breakfast. For local folks from India, maybe its common and acceptable..... but it was something I had never expereinced. Also, one day I came early from work (like mid afternoon ~ 4:00 pm) they were fumigating the breakfast area and hall ways with some white thick smoke, don't know what that was. I stayed there for a week - so had laundry done. And I don't even think the laundry was done, they just folded my clothes and returned back. They looked direty and smelled, but were neatly folded. It was the last day so did not even bother to take it up with the front desk. I had prepaid for this stay and hence could not get out and weather through my week long stay. Had it not been week long stay, I would have gone to another hotel. Also they have an open restaurant and bar on the terrace, I would have loved to have a drink or two and eat there but the cow-shed (gaushala) smell was over powering and just don't know how could one enjoy the drink and foods there. Also next to the cow-shed is a very busy multistory hosiptal and next to that is a Mandir (hindu temple). So all in all its a bust area.

Nice hotel. Great value for money.

The property and facilities are good. The staff were very good as was the restaurant staff. The beds the rooms were very comfortable.

The noise from the cleaners kitchen staff walking in the communal areas not thinking people are sleeping in the early hours. I told receptionist about this but still nothing was done.

Boutique gem in Mohali

Very comfortable bed felt like sleeping in a cloud. Steaming hot shower which was great in the morning. Plenty of options for lighting in the room. Cool rooftop bar and very friendly staff. Anything that was missing was provided within 5 minutes to your door by staff. There was also a 24 hour room service menu. Front reception was extremely friendly and hospitable.

In the evenings only cold water would come out from the taps as I believe the hot water geyser would be off. Sometimes there were missing amenities such as toilet paper, hand wash etc but the moment you called front desk this would be restocked within 5 minutes.

nice hotel, good value

really nice hotel and facilities, really clean

we chose this hotel as they allowed booking without pre-payment as we wanted to pay in cash, we provided our estimated arrival time and it was accepted. on the day I messaged the hotel just to double check and they said we needed to pay a deposit before 3pm in order to keep our room. This was very annoying and difficult for us as we were traveling.

Service and staff were good

Disappointed that the roof top terrace and bar did not open till 7.30pm. The window in bedroom was glazed and so had no natural light.

Brilliant hotel given the price. They have in office restraunt and bar with reaosnable pricing. Loved my stay here and would recommend it to everyone.

Very poor

The room was pretty clean!

The attitude of the room service staff, especially Ms Gurjeet was absolutely obnoxious least to say! Whatever request I made, generally only half of it was done even after escalating the issue to the manager!
