Very friendly owners and their daughter. Easy check-in and check-out.
The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped and spotless clean. Large, private terrace. Well maintained pool area. Free indoor parking (garage) for rental car.
Pina del Mar is perfectly located in a calm, residential area of Costa Adeje, just 20 min walking distance to nearby El Duque and Fanabe beaches and restaurants. Easy access to TF1, 20 min by car to/from TFS.
A minor technical issue was fixed within hours. Many thanks to Ayatima and her parents.

All the necessary facilities were present and in a good shape or new. Very clean. The hosts did not intervene, so it felt closer to home, than to a hotel.
Neither air conditioner nor even a fan. Some plumbing is needed for the kitchen tap.

lovely townhouse, private, quiet
hard to find, google maps was not accurate
there was a washing machine, but no detergent

The bed mattress was excellent and very comfortable.
The cleanliness was second to none. Excellent.
The loungers were very new. They supplied towels.
I thought they provided toiletries, however there was only hand wash and shower gel. No shampoo or conditioner as you might expect as in a hotel.

Very disappointed with location felt to isolated.To far away from restaurants bars and supermarket for someone with walking difficulties.
Didn’t like it being in residential area. The name Pina de Mar I thought was name of whole complex but it was individual apartment.

Perfect and calm place for staying.
To the beach - 15min walk.
nearest bus stop in 5min.
Clean and big apartment with huge terrace in.

Very spacious, had lots of amenities such as a blender which you don’t usually get elsewhere! In a quiet area and the hosts were very friendly!
The only thing I would have to say is about the bed in the bedroom. It does not seem suitable for a couple as they kept moving apart.

Comfortable, beautiful, quiet place.
There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.
A wonderful terrace where you can enjoy both the sun and the coolness.
We definitely recommend to spend here at least a couple of weeks a year.

Great, clean and spacious apartment in a lovely secure complex.
In a quiet part of Costa Adeje which can be a relief from the tourist bars!
Lovely patio out back which felt private and caught the sun perfectly!
Nice, clean shared pool (x2!)
Kitchen had everything we needed (only had to buy some salt/pepper/oil - things that we would never use up in 5 days! Again, this wasn't a big problem! Just if anyone wanted to know!)
Really near to both big supermarkets and also smaller shopping plazas and only 15 mins walk to seafront and beautiful beaches.
Lovely and accommodating hosts!
Only one pillow on each bed but just borrowed some from the sofa!
Could possibly do with some lamps // low level lighting as the main lights are quiet bright! (But this is a SMALL issue!!)
