The entire private apartment (1,200 sq ft) above this historic home in Tarpon Springs Fl. is yours to enjoy. Located minutes from some of the countries most beautiful beaches. Walk to our famous Greek Village and sample some of the worlds best seafood and Greek cuisine. This home is only steps from Spring Bayou where you can watch the manatees frolic in the water. A short walk will bring you too our Antique district or the Greek Village where you can shop or eat to your hearts content. This apartment home is located in a quiet area and includes two bedrooms, living room, fully equiped kitchen, one bath,a large private deck for sunbathing. There is a private entrance to the second floor. There are stairs to access the apartment so some with disabilities may have trouble navigating. One bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed and the other has a comfortable full size bed. We can provide an inflatable bed if you need additional sleeping space for your family. Nearby attractions include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Ray's baseball, Buckeneer Football, two hours to Disney and all Orlando attractions. We loved the quiet location, amenities, cleanliness and HUGE rooftop deck. Super easy walk to Spring Bayou, Tarpon Ave, or the Sponge Docks... Owners are beyond accomodating and make everything so easy. We will absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable stay in a super quiet neighbourhood close to downtown restaurants and 20 minutes walk from the Sponge docks. Sheets were super soft and lots of space to relax including a very large outside roof terrace. Good off street parking and easy to find

My husband and I really enjoyed out stay at this property. Clean & updated, loaded with everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to downtown and the owners made sure we could find plenty to do while there. Neighborhood was quiet and the rooftop porch was beautiful in the evening. We would visit again!

What a beautiful apartment in Tarpon Springs. It is so conveniently located, that we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. The apartment is immaculately clean and very well equipped with everything possible you could need. Sitting on the roof terrace in the morning with a cup of tea and enjoying the peace and quiet is a treat. Would love to come back and would recommend to anyone. The hosts John and Linda respond quickly to any messages and are extremely kind- even allowing us a later check out as there were no guests due to arrive that day.

The property was just as described in a quiet neighborhood great for walking to two coffee shops and several gift stores. We enjoyed the Sponge docks, Greek restaurants and Howard Park for sunset.

My friends and I were in Tarpon Springs for an OC camp. This house was a perfect location to the lake's boat launch site. Owner John was friendly, communicative and very responsive to questions asked. Amenities were basic and fulfilled all our needs.

This was the perfect little getaway spot. The property was exactly as depicted in the listing, the location was perfect (convenient walking distance to many restaurants), neighbourhood was quaint and quiet and the hosts were very attentive to anything we needed. Can't beat that rooftop patio! Thanks for another lovely stay :)

John and Linda are wonderful host! The upstairs apartment is clean, charming and cozy sweet.
The location is perfect! Craig Park is easy walking distance and the restaurants are close. The amazing Fred Howard Beach is just a short drive.
Highly recommend… and will return.

We had a nice relaxing visit at this place in the Old Tarpon Springs setting. The nearby park and the surrounding neighborhood is a great area and it is close to the water. This is definitely the perfect place for a simple and relaxing get away in the cooler months of the year.

The perfect location for exploring all Tarpon Springs has to offer: the Greek Sponge Docks, a vibrant downtown, and beautiful beaches. Loved the comfy beds and spending time on the rooftop deck!

My husband and I had a great stay in this historic home. Our upstairs apartment has a rooftop patio that was super relaxing in the morning. Hosts were so mice. Location was perfect. Highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway
Once again, we’ve stayed in all 3 of John and Linda’s properties, did not disappoint. The apartment was perfect for our family and has everything we needed. Wonderful home away from home! It’s close enough to the beaches….Honeymoon Island is a very short drive, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood perfect for resting after a day in the sun. We will definitely be back!

A Wonderful Experience with VRBO for the first time
The Halls were the ultimate hosts. They provided everything needed for our stay. With easy access to the historic district and the seaport, we couldn't have asked for any place better. I am going to recommend the Halls for others who want a quick getaway for a few days in lovely Tarpon Springs.

BFF GETAWAY
From the moment we arrived in FL, John and Linda were great hosts. We asked to check in early and they replied instantly with "Come now." The bedding was sooo soft and comfy! It was chilly during our stay and John proactively let us know about the heaters. It was a perfect spot from which to explore Tarpon Springs too. ! Loved it all. Thanks for sharing.
