it was clean for the most part

they kept opening the door as they wished, woke me up several times also kicked us out our room to clean also didn’t even get a remote for the room tv and the toilet water pressure didn’t really work …also you can’t have any guests over at all and have to wear a wrist band.

we got there at 8pm and they couldn’t find my reservation through booking. so they made me leave a deposit I also had left my debit card number info. I used the main lobby of the reception area when I was checking in and the bathroom stalls had vomit all over the floor. So nasty. We finally got to the room and I had no towels and no blankets. I asked for towels and they were so rude only gave me two. Hence I had booked for four people. They said that she had to walk all the way to the sister hotel across the street to get me more towels. Finally after an hour or so they brought towels so my family could shower after a long drive. we woke up in the morning to go get breakfast when we got back they had locked out keys because they still couldn’t find our reception. like why lock our keys they had my deposit and my debit card info. again the second day I asked for clean towels and never received them. I was so disappointed with this hotel . Also if your trying to rest you’re not going to because their is a bar across the street that was playing live music all night long and you could hear it all the way to the fifth floor. I never ever write reviews but I was not impressed with this hotel. we drove down the Rivera Nayarit for two weeks and stayed in more humble places that actually provider with great humble service and of course towels lol

There was coffee but not cups.and the sheet was itchy.we booked 4 rooms and I didn’t like that the every room was in different floor, and that was annoying because I was looking for my family in different floors.and the elevator was too slow.

The room was very clean and modern with excellent location next to the beach.

The parking is small, we didn't have any problems but not sure if in high season gets crowded.

Rude staff, very unclear rules, they checked 4 of us in, and then they were literally harassing us trying to charge the extra person instead of just making one final charge. Lack of tack and american customer service skills. Do not book there!
