Family friendly resort with excellent services. Excellent apartment.

Fantastically equipped flat, clean, modern, comfortable. Good quality sheets and towels, full size fridge and oven. Excellent friendly service from the Inmopas staff.

Be careful w "fake advertisement". The listing is simply not clear and lead to huge disappointment!!

The apartment is situated at a great location. It's also a renewed apartment with a great set of commodities.

Overall, the clarity of the listing and the way the host communicates with the guests. Initially I thought it was just some confusion, but later during the our stay I realised they knew about this so now I would just call it false advertisement. In several different moments, we had misunderstandings that lead us to become disappointed with the accommodation: 1 - we thought we reserved an apartment with a living room + bedroom, and ended up with a small studio for 4 people. Be careful when making the research and selecting 2 bedrooms for 4 people. When you do that, the system returns back the studio option. 2 - check in and check-out times are simply wrong. Even though check in time is 3 to 5pm, we received a message from the apartment saying check in starts at 5pm. Same thing happened with check-out. They clearly state check out is until 1pm, but when we asked to check out at that time, we were told they close the office at 1pm and check-out needs to be done earlier. 3 - I seriously doubt the apartment has 39 m2 they claim it has, on the listing. I challenge booking to look into this, as guests get clearly something they didn't pay for. 4 - We were charged for cleaning, even though I cannot find anything in the listing saying we have to fully clean the apartment ourselves. In a more specific way, the following was also very disappointing: 1 - Cleaning. Probably related with the fact that guests need to clean the room for the next guests. We were told guests need to perform a deep cleaning and the cleaning team comes after that, just for a superficial cleaning. Some of the bed sheets were dirty and full of blood/ other stains; 2 - very very hard to manage 4 people in a small studio like that. 3 - wi-fi is utterly unreliable. Works for some devices, and doesn't work for others. A few moments later, the opposite. It's almost like they have a limited of devices that can access to the wifi at the same time. Impossible to count on that as a wifi for work

good place and worth the money

really close to the lift, close super nearby, really suggested place!

was hard to collect the keys (maybe should post a map where to pick them up from) but host help us find from where to pick them up (it was 11pm).

A lovely little apartment in an amazing location.

The location, the views, the cleanliness and simplicity of decoration, the great shower, the well equipped kitchen area - we would definitely return to this apartment.

The only thing that was annoying about the apartment was the loud fridge.
