We (2 adults, 1 child < 1 year) left the apartment after one night (seven booked) because everything (especially the beds) smelled of cold cigarette smoke. Upon arrival, the smell was masked by open windows and air freshener. We closed the windows because of the mosquitoes and left the apartment for the evening. When we returned, it was really disgusting. The contact with the accommodation is made through a travel agency "Istriasun". Here we received no help, only rude answers that we were the first guests this year and therefore no one could have smoked there (as it is forbidden) and the apartment was thoroughly cleaned the day before arrival and did not smell of smoke. In addition, there was mold on the window soffit in one of the bedrooms and there are quite a few junk cars around the property.

The location of the building is very good, the view is nice. The living room and rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The small terrace on the upper floor and the terrace on the first floor are excellent. The barbecue facilities are super.

The air conditioning only cools the living room, not the rooms. We had to buy a fan. There were a lot of mosquitoes, the windows were really missing the mosquito net. We had to buy electric mosquito repellents. The kitchen counter is small, a small shelf under the kitchen cabinet (tea, spices, etc.) would help a lot. The shower cubicle is too small for a larger person to fit in, even though there would have been room for a larger cabin. There is no storage shelf in the cabin. In the bathroom, the triple switch could be labeled, once the boiler was accidentally turned off ...

even though the accommodation is not really close to the beaches and the city centre, the location and view is pretty good, many supermarkets around, AC in every apartment, own terrace with small barbecue

no wine opener, need to have your own charcoal, hosts do not speak English, no mosquito nets,

The location is good, well equipped, close to shops, air condition in the living room

Related to the high price it was unusual the lack of toilet paper, thrash bag (only one at the beginning). Air condition is only in the living room, but dont open the windows at night in the bedrooms, you will be eaten by mosquitos, there is no net on the windows. On the balcony there is nothing for shadow, you can use it only at evening. The personnel can not communicate in foreign languages. The overall picture is not on the quality you expect after the price you pay.
