Disappointing

The location

Lack of privacy, (the host said they could enter any tine they wanted) and the host closed the AC when we left the room. There was only one AC abd it was not enough to cool the whole soartment. Rooms did not have commodities, gel etc.

Reasonable stay in Kissamos

The owner provided us with many useful informations. It's located in a good place to reach Balos, Seitan Limani and other beaches from the western side of Crete.

Small bathroom with a stuck window, low air circulation.

Super nice if you want to spend some time in Kissamos. Very friendly hosts.

A very big and spacious apartment. Mosquito net at every window and a good equipped kitchen. The hosts Mr. Stelios and Mrs. Mina are very friendly and welcomed us heartly.

First time in Kissamos

the owner couple is very friendly and talkative, which I liked a lot, they made you feel like you are in a family stay! A good option for one night stay

The location is ok, but in a heat too far to walk to the city. Falassarna takes 20mins to drive. the room has no amenities, you must bring or buy everything: soap, shampoo, oil, salt, everything. but the kitchen is well equipped and we cooked all our breakfasts and lunches there. The A/C is in the living room and is not cooling the bedroom, so it was too hot to sleep… there is no hairdryer available. there are a million crickets in the olive trees, so if u are afraid of bugs (like us 😅) it can be a little tricky to run to the car 😂. inside the rooms there are no bugs and everything was very clean.

For those people who like it spacy and quiet.

We really appreciated the spacy rooms allowing to stow our luggage easily, which had space for a big table to eat and a sleeping couch for a third person if necessary or just sit and read. We also liked to be ouside the city which in turn was still in walking distance to buy food or go to the beach. And not to forget the quietness with almost no traffic which we appreciated very much as well as the evening walk through the olive gardens and up the hill. In total these positivs counted more for us than the negativ aspects described before.

With a bit more engagement and look for details the apartment could be a really nice place. But now rooms and kitchen are basicly equipped only. The view from the little veranda over to the Olive tree garden is nice but more privacy, wind shades, some flowers and some kind of pergola with vine or bergonvilea plants would make it a place where you want to sit.

Very nuce place in the countryside

Stelios is such a nice guest, very friendly and hospitable…always offering you raki, apricots or coffee. The flat is very nice, clean and offering all you can need for a holiday close to Balos and southern Crete. Thank you Stelios and Mina

I recommend!

The owners are very friendly and flexible people! The room was very comfortable, clean, with lots of space. Lovely garden in front with olive trees. Close to Falasarna beach and easy reach to Hanias beaches generally. Very happy with the price as well. I would definitely recommend!

The welcome was amazing so friendly. Facilities great clean new and location 2 minutes from everything in town and ferry port 5 minutes away. Calm clean peaceful parking everything amazing. Such lovely hosts so kind and friendly and helpful. Lovely place and people xx
