No electricity the whole day we arrived. Water came through the wall in the bathroom, apparently something to do with the geyser.

There was no aircon in the second room and lounge, and no private braai area. Property was under renovation so there was a lot of noise. In the ensuite in the main bedroom, the shower outlet was very slow which almost caused an overflow of water into the bedroom. Big sliding window in the second bedroom doesn't lock. There were no gates or burglar guards. There were no keys to lock the bedroom doors. There were no blinds or curtains in the lounge. There were no extractor fans in both bathrooms. No dstv, even though the owner said that there was.

Super self-catering, lovely flat. Recommended for a great stay.

The view from the garden is great, overlooks the beach and a pool. Kids enjoyed the pool. Its 5 min walk to Toti main beach, and Splash Water Park.

The main bedroom had a bad odour, like a pet was kept in the room. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Tables and counter tops were a bit dusty.

everything, the place is squeaky clean , proper furniture. One thing that must be added is laundry rack to hang our swimming costumes and towels.

The braai area has no shelter so it rained , and we were unable to go braai

The host is easily reachable, polite and friendly, house very clean

Mum and l spent a most relaxing and peaceful midweek break in 17 Stella Maris. This apartment is homely and comfortable as well as neat and clean. I definitely recommend that families choose this apartment when holidaying away from home.

The garden needs a bit of a tidying up.The soil is a bit soggy when walking out to the wall at the end of the garden

Loved the spacious rooms and lounge.Ample walking space. Had 3 pensioners with us..they felt very comfortable. Lovly views from all rooms and patio.

We didnt like going home. Not so easily available.

The apartment was dirty, there was roaches everywhere in the apartment, when this was brought to the attention of the Anna the housekeeper and the owner, they both denied it, yet i took fotos, then they said they will send someone to fumigate the apartment (imagine whilst I am there), the microwave was filthy, which I had to clean after a long trip, there was no microwave cover, the oven was dirty, after I left the apartment I was blamed for damaging the 2nd bedroom headboard which we never use, as it was only my husband and myself and we obviously used the main bedroom, the beddings, pillows and duvets smelt musty and was filthy. This unit is so horrible, the roaches even got into the fridge! Never again.....

There is a lot of mould on the bathroom ceiling as well as the curtains in the main bedroom.

The location is walking distance from the beach. Great seaview from the apartment in a very secured building, you feel safe.

Unpleasant smell in the house, bedding linen is worn out, the furnishing is outdated, stench of dirt in the rugs we had to put them in the patio for the duration of our stay as we couldn't stand the smell. The mattress in the main bedroom was so uncomfortable, too soft as if it will swallow you. it was not the value for money we paid.
