Well appointed 2bd/2 bath condo located at the highly desirable Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated community with lush landscaping of tropical flowers, palm trees and Koi ponds. From the Shores, you are in walking distance of the King's and Queen's shops, restaurants, gourmet grocery store and Anaehoomalu 'A-Bay' beach. The Shores at Waikoloa is perfectly located near the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel for conference attendees who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, free parking, and no resort fees! The condo offers 2 bedroom suites. One with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The large wrap around lanai offers views of the beach, golf course and mountains. The lanai includes ample seating for dining and lounging. Within the gated community, you will find a swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, fitness center and BBQs. The condo is fully stocked. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, Ziploc bags, coffee filters and aluminum foil. We had a wonderful month long stay at this condo. The place was spotless and so well equipped, Extra plusses were the Welcome Basket and all the extras eg plenty of paper towel, shampoo/conditioner and body wash and lots of beach equipment.

It’s in the middle of Waikoloa beach area with view of third tee on the Beach course. My only concern was the garbage recycle area was a bit neglected over the holidays always being full and a very dark area at night to walk to. One light sensor at the back of all the bins only came on once you stumbled into everything to set it off?

Everything was perfect, Very clean and well appointed condo, We have never stayed in a condo that had been so well supplied, Except for getting eggs, bread and butter everything was supplied for us to make our breakfast. We enjoy eating all other meals out. This was our sixth trip to Hawaii and hopefully it eill not be our last.

If you want cool, classic and quiet, this is your place. The grounds are lovely. The pool is not crowded. The hot tub is hot. The leather couches are comfortable. The Internet is fast. The streaming is good. The property manager is extremely responsive. The kitchen as well stocked everything you need for the beach is there Full size bath products, plenty of towels for the bathroom, including beach towels for the beach, and a lovely fruit basket and bottles of water for a welcome a great book to tell you everything you need to know about the place and how to use everything

This condo is absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated and well appointed. It is close to a beach, shopping and great restaurants. Location is fantastic in the Waikoloa Beach resort on the Kohala coast.

This was hands down the very best property we have ever stayed at. The unit had beautiful furniture and was very spacious and open, with a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The proximity to so many restaurants and shops was also a huge plus. We just wish we could have stayed here longer, but we decided to island hop (for the sake of our children, who had not been to Hawaii before)- next time we would definitely look to stay on the Big Island for a longer period of time and try to stay at this condo. Kerrie was extremely prompt about communication, even notifying us on the day of our arrival that the previous guest had accidentally broken the shower handle and that a maintenance person had found a temporary fix while awaiting a new shower handle. Would definitely recommend this listing again and again.

We enjoyed our stay, we were comfortable with all the comforts of home. The porch was amazing and the view and birds were fantastic to experience each morning.

Agree with other positive reviews - this condo is very comfortable, spacious, clean and peaceful. Breakfast on the lanai each morning was the perfect way to start each day. Thank you for the welcome basket! We also made good use of the chaise lounges. We had the pool to ourselves. Our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 teen) had such a great time exploring this side of the Big Island with this as our home base. Thank you!

This was a great 3 day getaway for my family of 3. We enjoyed the extra amenities (puzzles!) and yummy welcome/fruit basket. Rooms are spacious and private, lanai was a nice escape in the mornings. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and quick breakfast options nearby.
Kerrie was very helpful with a few questions I had during my stay and also quickly responsive to an unexpected maintenance issue during our stay. Would very much like to come back and stay longer!

Overall it was nice, the snorkeling equipment should have been rinsed by the previous users, it was not.
Sufficient kitchen supplies. Guest bedroom bed should be replaced, and the overhead fan light needs replacement.
Enjoyed our stay and use of the condo. Which is located near shops and activities.

The condo was clean & spacious. I thought it would feel small but it wasn’t at all. Love having breakfast on the patio or Lani. You may see a big or two but we’re in Hawaii and that’s expected!
The unit has air conditioning, a washer & dryer and a fairly stocked kitchen with the essentials for everything. A special bonus was the owner provided fresh fruit and some water as a sweet gesture of hospitality that we appreciated. Having breakfast with that sweet delicious pineapple and oranges was great. Super thought of the owner They also provide beach chairs, towels and toys for the kids.
The grounds were quiet and very green. It’s located near the Marriott and Hilton. The area has some clothing shops if you want to go shopping. There is a marketplace to go to for food. The island gourmet store was perfect for the later night food cravings.
We were on the Big Island for my son’s graduation in Hilo. This location was perfect for the post celebratory activities- the beaches! My favorite being Hapuna Beach. The proximity to it was also very good - about 10 miles.
Overall this was a wonderful unit. We’d definitely come back again.

We had a great stay and this condo was perfect for our family of 4. The Lanai was very relaxing with great views of the mountains and ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few meals at home, the beach toys and chairs came in handy, and the location was perfect with beaches, shopping, and resorts all within 5min. The welcome basket with fresh fruit and snacks was very thoughtful and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall a great place to stay and we look forward to coming back and staying here again.

We loved our time at the condo. It was well equipped with kitchen/household items as well as tons of beach equipment for adults and kids. Truly had just about everything we could have wanted, and the location was the perfect spot to be in Waikoloa. Host was great as well and very accommodating!

Beautifully appointed condo in a wonderful location. The condo was beautifully decorated, had all of the amenities we could have asked for, and the views of the ocean and mountains were breathtaking! We have been coming to Island of Hawaii the last 6 years for the month of January and this is the best location on the island for us. We love to go to the beaches, gym, hike and eat. I will some year add biking.
I like to cook and the kitchen supplies did not disappoint. The spices, teas, plastic wrap and bags, pans, storage containers, and the welcome basket was so thoughtful.
The 2 bathrooms had full bottles of body, hair wash and conditioner.
Beach towels and Tommy Bahama chairs for Hapuna and Mauna Kea beach.
We will definitely stay at this unit again. My husband loves the gym and the pool. Just walk out the door and it’s there.

The Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc.
The Lanai is well situated, comfortable, and private.
There was a lovely “Welcome Bowl” with papaya, pineapple, oranges, bananas, and treats that was very thoughtful!!
The beach gear was super handy.
Overall, two thumbs up and a thoroughly delightful place to stay!

Wow! We had an amazing time and this condo did not disappoint. It was stocked with so many things that we didn’t have to buy much else other than our food for the week. My only complaint if I had one would be that the floors throughout the whole condo need a very good cleaning. There was a sign as you walk in the front door to take your shoes off so we did. Our feet were black after walking around inside just after a little bit. Everything else was perfect. The floors just need some extra attention. The rest of the place was incredibly clean!

We normally stay in Waikoloa during our visits, but this was the first time staying at The Shores. The property is beautifully maintained and everyone was so friendly. This condo was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were very well maintained and the wood flooring looked brand new. It has a large lanai with a perfect view of Mauna Kea to the right and the ocean to the left while facing a turn in the golf course. We briefly met the property manager upon arrival and she was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again on a future visit! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home!!!

Great Condo!
We travel to Hawaii every year going to different islands and we stay in condos. This condo provided everything. The kitchen is well equipped, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels we’re provided. It was nice not having to buy laundry detergent. The kitchen cabinet had spices that we would normally have to buy. Not sure if it’s a “Take some, leave some” practice. The AC worked great!

Excellent Property
Our stay in Hawaii was made perfect by having a clean, comfortable and well-appointed place to stay. We enjoyed being able to cook and enjoy all that the Waikoloa and Kohala areas had to offer without driving an hour north from Kona. Would definitely stay at this property again. Big Island for 1st time family vacation
Our first trip to the Big Island for a family vacation was great. Our host, Kerrie, was very organized and gave us our check in /out instructions and a lot of other valuable info when we needed it. The condo was in a great location and was well stocked with things we'd need during our stay. The kitchen was especially well stocked for small things that you wouldn't want to buy, but we were pleasantly surprised that most things we needed were in the cupboards. Our 'Best' surprise was the 2 flashlights in the living room drawers that we used when walking to the crater at Volcanoes National Park at night to see the lava glow in the crater. The guest book was also good to review and see if you wanted to try anything that you didn't know about or read before you came to the condo. Snorkel and beach gear in the outdoor closet was great, but some of it was 'well used.' Thanks Kerrie for a great 1st visit to Hawai'i.
