Superb

The Villa is absolutely beautiful and much more spacious than we expected from the photos. The whole property is very well equipped - inside and out. An unexpected gem is the tiny beach. Just a few steps down from the garden to a shallow bay of crystal clear water, with lovely views. Roberta and Eugenio were very welcoming and helpful. We appreciated Eugenio meeting us on arrival and showing us around the property. He was very responsive when we contacted him during our stay to ask for recommendations for boat hire and fishing trips. The villa is in a very quiet residential area. There's a well-stocked supermarket a short walk away, with plenty of fresh produce, and a larger one within a five minute drive. There are a few restaurants nearby.

Fantastic house by the sea

Amazing house just by the sea with a great pool. Nice quiet area with easy walking distance to a good supermarket. We managed the whole week without a car, very easy to to into Cagliari town with the public bus. The host helped us to schedule a taxi from the airport and we got to know the very friendly taxi driver Stefano. He also drove us to the Argiolas vine tasting one day, which I can really recommend.

The house is super nice and offers all kind of comfort, nice rooms , bbq outsider and cool play-room donwstairs. calming look on the seaside , clean and tidy pool ! perfekt spot for a relaxed holiday !

Fabulous time spent in Sardinia and the villa.

Villa del Mar is a lovely place to stay for groups of family and friends wishing to holiday together. Excellent pool and gardens with easy access to the sea. The rooms and kitchen are all very spacious and exceptionally clean. Hire a car if you want to see much more of the Island but for us the villa was within walking distance to bus stops which take you to the city and other coastal areas for a very reasonable cost. The hosts are excellent and went out of their way to ensure we had the best time.

Exceptional

We had the most pleasurable and relaxing time at Villa del Mar. The pictures do totally justice to what it looks like in real. The house has so much diversity and enough place for a bigger group of guests. We appreciated the perfectly clean condition and the quality of the house. And also to mention, we were super warmly welcomed and introduced to the property with the owner of the house and throughout our whole stay she was super hospitable, always available for any questions and convenient to communicate with. The location was at a super quiet area and you have all the privacy - with the most incredible view during the whole day from sunrise to sunset. We didn't have to worry about anything and it made our stay even more pleasant and relaxing on our vacation. We are sad to leave but will return back to Villa del Mar whenever we plan to come back to Cagliari.

A wonderfully located and comfortable house right by the sea. The owners were very nice and helpful. A very quiet neighborhood. Rest and relaxation at the highest level. I recommend.

There were so many things to love about this villa! The pool, the access to the rocky beach, the space and the games room are all exceptional. And it feels like home from home! It’s a really quiet area but the supermarket was 5 minutes walk and had everything we needed which was perfect with 2 teenage boys who wouldn’t get out of the pool! If you really want to explore you need a car but if you are looking for total relaxation and don’t mind cooking this house has everything. You can walk to a great pizza place/ cocktail bar within 15 mins as well. 2020 has been a very strange year but can honestly say it’s the most fastest relaxation technique ever! Hosts were wonderful - arrived on Saturday surprising us with Sardinian cakes and the cleaner came several times in a week visit! Can’t praise it enough! ❤️
