About this house rental
The house is ideally located 50 from the beautiful sandy beach of Kerleven (supervised in season) The ground floor of the house was completely renovated this winter and offers the benefits of a new house. The living room is very bright and has parquet floors. It is open to a new fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor, multifunction oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer ..) and to the TV lounge (free WIFI). On this level you also find a bedroom (160 bed) with dressing room and a bathroom. Upstairs: mezzanine, bedroom (160 cm bed), bedroom (2 x 80 cm beds) and shower room. Two wooden terraces with deckchairs and garden furniture. The house is friendly, comfortable and allows you to spend a holiday in peace. You will appreciate the enclosed garden of about 600 m² to let children and your pets play safely. Small shop and bread depot opposite the house in season, Pizzas and take-out meals 50m away. For your walks and hikes: Port la Forêt is a renowned marina and home port for great sailors. Many activities are offered there in season. You will find a sailing school but also restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors ... The Fouesnant Forest at 2 km is accessible by coastal path from Port la Forêt and offers all local shops as well as a Sunday morning market all year round. For hikers you also have the possibility of reaching Concarneau and its walled town (6 km), Beg-Meil and Fouesnant by the GR 34 from the beach of Kerleven 50 m from the house, For amateurs, the Golf de Cornouaille is 2km from the house. Very cose house, well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We were welcomed by Carole who was very friendly. Dogs are accepted in this accomodation and the enclosed garden was just perfect for this.
The house is situated at a walking distance from the sea. We made also walks and bike tours in this beautiful reagion surrounded by so much nature.
We can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

We have just returned from a week at this delightful house in Forest Fouesnant, Brittany. Everything was perfect, the house had everything anyone could want. The exterior was also well furnished and it even had its own red shade. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach of white sand. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did

Tolles Haus
Wir haben tolle 3 Wochen in dem schönen Haus verbracht. Alles war sauber und es fehlte an Nichts. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Séjour détente et ressourçant
La maison est très bien équipée que l'on soit avec des enfants ou entre adultes. Vous apprécierez les repas sur la terrasse autour de la plancha. La plage est toute proche mais vous pourrez aussi préférer le farniente dans le jardin à l'ombre du pommier. Pour les randonneurs le GR34 vous attends ! Nous avons bénéficié d'une météo estivale permettant de belles balades dans le sud Finistère.

Super séjour
Toutes les conditions pour passer d excellentes vacances dans cette jolie villa à la Forêt fouesnant sont largement remplies..voir plus..l accueil..les échanges... les prestations..le calme..l océan au bout de la rue..rien ne manque..la preuve nous y retournerons..nous avons hâte..cette adresse on ne va pas la perdre.!!!!

Séjour inoubliable
Très bonne location et nous y retournerons ! Emplacement top, à côté de la plage et d'un chemin de rando pour les balades et promenades du chien. Pour les courses, Carrefour market, boulangerie et marché le dimanche : à 4 min en voiture sinon une bonne vingtaine de min à pieds (longez la plage et continuez tout droit, la promenade est agréable).
Pêche à pieds possible ! Maison propre, bien agencée et deco épurée, très très bonne literie, TOUT le nécessaire de cuisine et très bien équipée, exposition du jardin top, mobilier de jardin top, prise et remise des clefs simple...bref vous l'avez compris on a adoré. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Une hôte d'exception
Une hôte exceptionnelle, accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons aussi aimé a plage à pied sans traverser la route, les jeux pour enfants mis à disposition, les équipements (plancha, bbq, sèche linge lave linge, la Krups,...)la déco chaleureuse. Les visites multiples proches (Locronan, le vivier de la forêt Fouesnant, le marché, la distillerie des menhirs, Concarneau, la pointe du van et sa ballade bucolique, le port de Guilvinec, Bénodet etc.). Nous recommandons en toute confiance et reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'extérieur est très agréable aussi, avec un jardin clos et une grande terrasse idéalement exposée qui permet de profiter du soleil du matin au soir. La maison est idéalement située à quelques dizaines de mètres d'une splendide plage, sans route à traverser. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité des sentiers de randonnée et les visites accessibles dans un périmètre proche. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation !

Wunderschönes Haus nah am Strand
Das Haus ist wirklich toll, die untere Etage frisch renoviert mit der besten Küche, die wir je in einem Ferienhaus hatten - inklusive Töpfe, die groß genug sind, Messer die scharf genug sind, genügend Geschirr usw. Der Garten ist groß und umzäunt, blickdicht und so, dass der Hund einen riesigen eigenen Spielplatz hatte. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge und Spaziergänge gemacht! Der Strand ist nur 50m entfernt, aber in der Hauptsaison natürlich voll, da einige Campingplätze dort angrenzen. Aber viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern und eine schöne Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Parfait pour les vacances.
Maison super agréable il ne manque rien, la proximité de la plage que du bonheur pour y aller à toutes heures. Des sentiers de randonné génial. Une propriétaire a l écoute ainsi qu Annie la dame qui nous accueillie pour notre arriver.

Tolle Unterkunft
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, wirklich 50m zum Strand, für kleine Kinder sehr gut geeignet, da durch die Lage der Bucht kaum Wellen. Man kann einiges unternehmen in naher Umgebung (z.B. Concarneau - Ville Close, Quimper, Pont Aven - Künstlerort etc.). Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. 2 Terrassen, großes geschlossenes Grundstück, lediglich Sitzkissen für die Gartenmöbel könnten noch angeschafft werden, sonst alles super.
