Nestled in Trinidad, this lovely cottage for $151 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Come stay in our beautifully updated, historic miner's cabin in scenic Trinidad, CO, with lovely views of Fisher's Peak from the front porch and bedroom window. This charming cottage has original, blond wood floors, a full-size kitchen with full-size stove and refrigerator, separate bedroom, 3/4 bath, and a full-size washer/dryer. We have installed a new ceiling fan in the living room and new floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Our cabin also has had new Anderson windows installed this year. The cabin has a/c for your summer time comfort. You will have access to the front yard, backyard and deck to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. It is walking distance to historic Kit Carson park, and we are just five blocks from the dispensaries, restaurants, and bars on Commercial Street. We are 420 friendly inside and on font porch and back deck. As our guests, you will have sole access to our extra-long driveway. While we love our fur babies, pets are not allowed due to other guests' allergies. Please no tobacco smoking inside. Our cabin is perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway or for single travelers who seek a safe, picturesque place to relax. Bicycling enthusiasts will also be pleased with ample space to keep their bikes and other equipment. We are dedicated to keeping our cabin clean and hygienic. We always wash our sheets and towels in hot water. We use disinfectant wipes to wipe down all surfaces. We take the cleanliness of this cabin very seriously as we want our guests to have a great time visiting Trinidad while feeling safe.

We found the property clean and ready to use. We prepared light meals, but you could do more complicated meals if you want to take the time. We enjoyed our extended stay in the cabin for the privacy and extra space.

I am not sure how many times we have stayed here now, but we can always count on amazing hosts in Jimmy and Paula, a clean home, and quiet neighborhood close to downtown and Simpson’s Rest. It is a great place to stay!

Cute house with great view of fishers peak and simpsons rest. Very clean with easy access to downtown. Mattress was too soft for our liking so one of us slept on the couch.

Needed a place to base out of for the Rad Gravel Bike festival. This cozy home was perfect in every way. Clean, and all details totally thought out. History and memorabilia throughout the place, what a deal!

The pictures do not do this little cutie justice!!! The cabin was super clean and property instructions were easily found in the binder along with lots of other nifty info on trinidad. The neighborhood was safe, remarkably quiet and provided easy access to both parks and the trailhead. Water pressure was amazing! I did not use the back yard as I spent a lot of time on the front porch admiring mt fisher while chatting it up with the areas cats. While the home does have AC, all the windows are screened and I did not need to turn it on! I am very much looking forward to staying here again the next time I come to trinidad! Thank you!

The 'Perfect Miner's Cabin' was a excellent oasis from the stress of travel and sight-seeing. The tidy, little cabin is nestled below the lights of Simpson's Rest, and is well-situated from Trinidad's old downtown area where there are numerous antique shops and restaurants. We definitely plan to return when we are in the area again.

Awesome rental. They thought of everything. Parking was easy and the check-in was a 'snap.' The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect landing space for a quick holiday getaway. Quiet, well appointed, in a residential neighborhood with a driveway for parking. Great for solo or couple travel stop. The surrounding area is full of history and natural beauty. Owners were super accommodating and easy to work with.

From the moment I walked into this charming cabin, I was impressed. The pictures in the listing are accurate and yet the warm and inviting vibe of this property were beyond what I expected. I never did meet the property owners but I still felt welcomed as family. It is immaculately clean. Absolutely one of the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I travel frequently for business and pleasure and have stayed at 100s of locations. This cabin hits in the top 5, if not higher. It's no more than probably 10 minutes from anywhere you want to go in Trinidad. If you would find it in an average hotel room, it was here (I worried about not packing my hair dryer - I didn't need to). The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, a stark difference from the banging doors you hear all night when staying at a hotel. As a single female who often travels alone, this was a great comfort and granted exceptional sleep. I wholeheartedly recommend this property. Once you've stayed here, you will too.
