This charming 2-bedroom 2 bathroom unit invites you to enjoy the warm breeze as you relax on the balcony. Holiday Villa’s II is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. This unit has a beautiful tile floor throughout, a kitchen with a breakfast bar, and comfy living room furniture for movie watching. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV. The Master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest room has two full beds. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. 'this unit is not beachfront' Meander to the beach for a morning walk or a front-row seat for the colorful sunset. There is an elevator in the garage and assigned parking space too. HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants. Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July, and Aug. One week minimum stay. No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit No Pets. Emotional Support/Service Animal Requirements from the HOA: The dog must be under 25lbs. They need to know the breed. Must have a letter from the veterinarian stating that the dog is an emotional support animal. -One Assigned parking spot No Parties. No Trailers. Check-in is after 4pm Check-out is before 10am

This property was invested with cockroaches. Horrible experience, as they ended up in our take home baggage and now still dealing with it. Contacted the office and basically got an “ oh we are sorry “ not except able!! Beautiful location but unfortunately, the cockroaches were so bad they ended up in our food on the ground counter when we turned our heads fir a minute! Disgusting!!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole complex and the super clean condo was another pleasant surprise! Beach is great too! Would stay there again!

Great location to beach. The different codes for everything was overwhelming but worked out. Thought laundry was in unit but greatful located on floor. Great quick getaway so can't complain really.

The codes for the beach and the pool didn't work. Florida rental told us to go to the property managements to get the codes. They told us to get from our rental company. Florida rental never follow up with us if we got the codes or not. The bed in main bedroom didn't have the was only matress, not as show in the marketing. Cleaning was a 3, in balkony they have 7 broke beach chairs rusty a d dirty.
In general not happy. Tnx.

I am not happy with the property and with rental company. Not as advertised. Very noisy.

We were pretty much satisfied with everything. The day we got there the Master Bedroom had a Queen bed in it and the overview on the VRBO site listed it as a King Bed. We called Fl Rentals and they notified the owner and he ok’d purchasing a King bed! We were very happy about that! We had arrived on a Sunday and they delivered the bed on Tuesday. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy and needs servicing but overall we were pleased. Very nice area to stay in! Lots of good eating places!

Our family had a great time in Indian Shores. This unit was on the beach and close walking distance to shops food and miniature golf. Quiet community and the Sunsets were amazing. We would definitely come back and stay.
