Sharp Reef Retreat by Bailey Vacation Properties is inside a quiet neighborhood in Perdido Key, Florida that provides PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for the neighborhood, AND backyard access to BOATING ON THE OPEN WATER. The neighborhood is surrounded by the sanctuary of Perdido Key State Park, which adds to the peacefulness. Come relax on the uncrowded beach, fish off the backyard dock, and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard! The house has just been remodeled throughout and has all new furniture. PRIVATE HEATED POOL, Trex decking throughout, and lovely interior. Between all of them, we can accommodate 102 people. *All pools heated March 1 - November 30th* Short drive from the house to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola. If the exclusiveness of the neighborhood isn't enough to draw you in, this upscale 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath house certainly will. Walk 4 minutes from the front door to the ocean. Park your boat or rental at the dock behind the house for the duration of your stay, explore all that the waterways of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer. For your beach outings, we provide an Icemaker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 3 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide a place to tie up for the duration of your stay. 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts across the street from the house! There is ample seating with a water view from 3 balconies. Ring Toss and Bean Bag corn hole boards are provided for guest entertainment. The entire 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. Stainless appliances in the kitchen, which is fully stocked to cook and serve your guests. The living room features new furniture and a 55" 4k HD TV and Blu Ray player. All the bedrooms feature HD TVs. All 4 TVs have voice command remotes with streaming via Cox Cable, Netflix, YouTube, and other apps. There is super fast wifi internet throughout the house. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS and NO SMOKING INSIDE MINIMUM RENTAL AGE 25 *Pool Heated March 1 - November 30th. Heater can be run outside of these dates for a fee if the weather allows* Local Golf Cart and Boat Rental company references available Enhanced commercial cleaning/disinfecting protocols by a Professional cleaning company. iWave Air Purifiers AND HALO LED Scrubbers are installed in all AC units to actively purify the supply air, killing mold, bacteria, and viruses in the coil and living space!

We absolutely loved everything about this home! It was beautiful, well maintained and so close to the beach. We had everything we needed and more. Great location! Good food options. Very few people on the beach was a major plus! The only slightly inconvenient part was crossing the sometimes quite busy road to get to the beach. But we didn’t mind. The pool was great to have to ourselves, and we definitely enjoyed using the paddle boards. They even have an ice machine and so much equipment for you to use at the beach! I could go on and on. We loved it and will definitely return in this future!

The property was as described in the listing. The house was well equipped which made our week long stay very enjoyable. The property managers were easily accessible and helpful. My only suggestion is bigger kayaks. I would definitely recommend this property for your next beach trip.

My family and I decided we wanted to meet up at the beach for a visit so it was my job to find the perfect place… and with this home, it was exactly that! The house was extremely clean and no detail was overlooked. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach or lounging by the pool was readily available. Including a full sized ice machine to fill your coolers!! We had the best time and will most definitely be back.

Very nice place with lots of extras. We didn’t even need to bring wagon, beach chairs, beach toys or anything from home. Caught speckled trout, sand trout, and rat reds from kayaks. Only thing I missed was having a boat to use on the Bay to access restaurants and fish from. Super place.

House is located on a private dead end road and backs up to a canal that you can access for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Beach is just across the main road and feels very private as not a public access. Pickleball courts right across from your front porch. This place has it all!! Owners are very responsive to all questions!

Had a great week. We were 5 adults and 4 kids ranging in age fro 5-13. There was so much to do between paddle boarding, kayaking, the pool,pickle ball, basketball and tennis, kids never asked to go anywhere else. They kept really busy. The house was great. Very clean and very well stocked and comfortable. It was also nice to have all the beach gear there and a commercial ice maker. Definitely will keep on my list for future rental. Also Lindsey was super easy and nice to deal with.

The pictures are accurate, but they don’t do it justice. Having our own pool, and being able to sit on the deck and watch the wildlife play in the intercoastal was just perfect. It’s a beautiful house.

We had a 2 family group with kids ranging from 7 months to 7 years old and this space was perfect. The house is great for hosting a group this size. The amenities for outdoor fun topped it though. We easily could have spent more days here with so much to do between the pool, kayaks and beach. We had the best spring break and plan to be back!

We were very pleased with the Sharp Reef condo. The location was excellent and only a short walk to the gulf and right on the inland waterway. We found the condo well equipped for our two week stay. We had a few minor issues that our concierge Lindsey dealt with right away. Dan the maintenance man was knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly and willingly recommended local events and restaurants too! We had paid extra to have the heat in the pool turned on early - and wow - it was well worth the extra expense. We swam in the pool every day. There are kayaks provided for guests to use - however we found it difficult to launch as the deck to the water was really high and we are not as flexible as we were when younger :) We did manage to get in though. Overall communication regarding the condo with Lindsey was excellent, very responsive and she was pretty much available 24/7 to answer any questions etc. On the whole we had a great two weeks and would love to return in the future.

Beautiful vacation home and great location. My family and I stayed at this vacation home in January and it was such a fantastic trip. The weather was in the upper 60s and the heated pool was still comfortable to swim in. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the home was very well kept as far as cleanliness. We also enjoyed walking to the beach during sunset. I highly recommend this vacation home for family getaways because it offers so many activities to do on the property. Thank you to the owners for the delightful vacation that my family and I much needed! Also, an additional acknowledgement to Lindsey for her quick responses of any questions or concerns while staying there. Thank you Lindsey!

This was a much needed vacation for my family. Great location, awesome amenities with all the kayaks and sports equipment in the closet. Only minor problem was I had my elderly parents with me and the stairs were a lot for them. Other than that loved the dock, the pool and just everything.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property itself had plenty to keep us occupied between the pool and water toys, but the close walking distance to the beach was more than ideal as well. The community is quiet, but all of the typical "beach activities" are close by in orange beach. Best of both worlds! :)

The owners thought of EVERYTHING to provide for families to make their stay; easy, safe, convenient, comfortable, and most of all FUN, FUN, FUN. By going east Publix, Walmart and CVS were closeby in Perdido. We did a lot of cooking and had most all of what we needed. Quiet almost private beach in Perdido State Park was very accessible especially with all the beach gear provided. Next trip, may have to consider one of owner's larger properties to bring more family. ENJOYED BY ALL

Everything was clean. The property location was perfect except crossing the street to the beach can be scary sometimes. I wish there was a cross walk. All items needed to stay were at the house and conveniently located. Lots of entertainment for all ages. Pool was perfect. We will be back! Thanks for everything!
