Excellent. I would recommend this place to stay.

Great location and lots of facilities. Very clean.

It would be good if there was a lamp in the kitchen/living room for relaxing in the evening because the ceiling lights are very bright.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location

Beautiful apartment in a central location, within a short distance to the old town and parking. Facilities in the apartment did not disappoint. Quiet location.

On arrival, the stairs and approach to the apartment were initially daunting, but this is pretty much old town and how a lot of properties are approached. The apartment MORE than made up for this.

Very good

Fantastic location. Comfortable for 2 people. Warm and cosy whilst it was freezing outside.

Bedroom doesn't have a window.

apartment was great!!

that it is on a 3rd floor without an elevator… and the state of the building (stairs part) is kinda scary. but again, the apartment was beautiful.

Centrally located, charming and clean apartment in Annecy town centre

The apartment was perfectly located close to the old town in the heart of Annecy, easily accessible by train or bus and an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants of Annecy as well as Lake Annecy. It was very clean, with a powerful and hot shower and a well equipped kitchen. There was also a washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer to enhance the facilities. We were very grateful for entry using the lock box because it meant we could check in late at night without disturbing the owner's sleep. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The WiFi didn't work, and the door was quite difficult to open with the key. It also became quite warm in the apartment and required noisy fans to keep us cool at night. It is also on the 3rd floor up many stairs which is fine for us but maybe not for everyone!

Has all the amenities you need for a few nights stay. Very convenient location.

It’s location is right in the city center, convenient location.

It’s on the 3rd Floor - no elevator, stairs only. could be difficult with big luggages. because of its center location, there’s no free parking :(

Great place but you have to know before you go

The place from the inside was spot on, kitchen was full equipped and spotless, the decoration was very nice, bathroom was absolutely great, also there was a coffee machine. Moreover, the owner have made a catalog which contains everything you need to know about Annecy, places to go, things to do, where to eat and spend your evenings, and he listed down everything with a neet order and with photos which is something absolutely great and I thank him for that amazing effort. Tv worked well, washing machine, and every other electrical device including the internet worked magnificently.

Well as for the apartment I can say nothing about it it was absolutely great but, I didn't like that in booking there is no photos of how is the place from outside, if u saw it from the outside going to your apartment u might think back on your decision because the place will look too old... but non the less, if you are staying with heavy luggage I would definitely say go for it, but if you do have heavy luggage that would be a bad idea because there is no elevator and the stairs would kill you going up with a heavy load 😄 one more thing the bed was not that big but I didn't really mind it to much but maybe some others would.

Exceptional

The bed was very comfy. Even though it was cold outside, the appartment was well insulated.

Needed another dish cloth or kitchen towel. Other than that everything was great.
