I didnt check into hotel lady phoned me and asked for £200.00 and said I cant go hotel until I pay £200.00 I have been in the cold all night not eaten and was not given a room at all but your company took money from me I'm now still on the street hungry and very tired and i I got wet drenched in the rain and stranded because you took my last but of money I'm starving aswell I have not eaten because booking. Com took my money

The property had bedcovers that was stained with what appeared to be someone poo, I have pictures of it and the room honestly stank as though someone had literally just been using the room and left few minutes before I arrived. Management was really bad, phone wasn’t going thru.

Really nicely laid out room with ensuite bathroom. Shower was hot and room was clean all round. Would stay again. Didn't use the wifi so cannot comment on that.

Location was ideal for my trip, but did look a little run down. Parked my car in side street, but didn't feel it was completely safe.

The beds were comfy and a TV was installed on our last day.

The house was being decorated and was full of builders/decorators when we arrived and was full of tools and paint everywhere. The toilet was not fastened down and the shower fell apart when we tried to use it.

Beds were comfortable .

Personal preference is ensuite, not keen on shared bathrooms.

nothing they didnt even let me in i booked my room for just 3 hours and and they didnt let me check in even after getting the money i even called the number given at booking.com.

This behaviour that if someone has paid you and you cannot entertain them timely then whats the point of renting out for us customer is everything but they really dont care and this impacts booking.com credibility i dont think i am going to use your service again. i even asked for a refund and they didn’t gave me back.

1. the front door was open during the whole day 2. during my stay works men was up and down the stairs, making noise, made me feel very uncomfortable entering the building. clearly the building was not ready for use 3. No curtain in my room or anything to block out the sunrise 4. was not the cleanest 5. when complaining the manager was extremely rude and aggressive in their mannerism 6. over charged deposit at £150. The Marriot Hotel doesn’t even charge that for deposit.

Enjoyed my stay been before will go again only thing that was disappointing no TV could do with a TV in community room

No TV there if staying for long period as I have in past I like to see the news that's my only disappointment

Very basic, but it was only £33.

Bathroom was very basic and i couldn't find the light, no shampoo or soap provided. Outside area wasn't pleasant and one of the fence panels to the next property was missing.
