About this condo rental
Beautiful and spacious condo located within walking distance of Lake Michigan and the towns of Saugatuck and Douglas. This is a three bedroom, 2 bathroom, and a sleeper sofa, apartment. Comfortably sleeps 8-9. Note: This condo is located on the second floor, directly above Isabel's Market & Eatery (www.isabelsmarket.com). This condo has many extras: basic condiments in the kitchen; laundry supplies; a full kitchen with dishwasher; central air; a fireplace in the living room. Also included is a washer/dryer, TV in the living room and master bedroom, cable, free wifi, and plush towels and linens. We utilize a keyless access lock. Guests will be sent an access code 1-2 days before arrival. Check-in no earlier that 3 pm and check-out no later than 11 am. During those times away from the apartment, enjoy the excellent galleries and shops in Douglas and Saugatuck and choose from the multitude of exceptional dining options in the area. We are also home to two microbreweries, Saugatuck Brewing Company and Guardian Brewing Company. Beaches! Douglas Beach is an easy 2 minute drive away. The stairs down to Douglas Beach will reopen this spring! Oval beach (a short 2 miles away) has earned an international reputation. The Chicago Tribune ranked it #1 among the Midwest’s top 5 beaches and also ranked it the best beach on Lake Michigan. It is among the 25 best shore lines in the world according to Conde Nast’s Traveler. 3 night minimum during peak season (Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend) and holidays. Weekly rates are offered. Two night minimum during off peak season. Note: We also own two neighboring condos, both 2 bedroom/2 bath that sleep 4-6. The condo was great. The location perfect.
My granddaughter’s wedding was St. Peter’s , cocktails and dinner at the Ivy and the entire wedding party stayed nearby at Paradise Found!
The weather even cooperated.
Staying at the condo allowed us to be able to enjoy the event and to be with our family and friends!

This property is perfect for a girls weekend. My friends and I will book this property again. It was immaculately clean and plenty of room. This property is better than a 5 star hotel. Isabelle's market below was very convenient and very friendly. We had a great time, thank you.

We absolutely loved this place above Isabel's Market! Garnet was an amazing host. Place was clean and well maintained. Great location. The 6 of us had plenty of room and didn't realize the nice little studio off to the side. The added bonus of our entire stay was the live music just outside the marketplace and the shuttle service taking us into Saugatauck and the Michigan Wine Co for $1.00 each way. The weekend was a bit busy and longer wait times but overall everything was fantastic! It was a wonderful time celebrating the bride to be!

Check in process was great! Everything we did was within a few minutes of driving - great location. Upon arrival, there were sticky spots on the counters & walking barefoot through the apartment I had sand & crumbs sticking to my feet. Plenty of towels & bed linens which was great as we had a bigger group. The location was next to a busier road but it was very quiet. Great window light & spacious!

We had a great stay. Our host, Garnet, and her dad, Pop, were very helpful in asking us if we needed anything. The property is very spacious and has a huge living room and kitchen for family gatherings. Conveniently located near several points of interest including Downtown Saugatuck and Downtown Douglas. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Conveniently located to downtown Saugatauk and beaches. The condo is perfect for families with plenty of room. If you have the entire floor then privacy for those adult children as well. Clean and neat is was a pleasure. The icing on the cake? Isabel's downstairs with a delectable array of food, coffee and spirits to grab breakfast, lunch or snacks (and have me not cook those meals for everyone). It was a pleasure to meet the owner!

Rental was very nice, clean, and was a great location in terms of the day trips we had planned. Loved that rental was above the cafe where the food was amazing. Great to know you had groceries, etc. right below you. Definite return booking.

Perfect for my group
This condo is close enough of a drive to Saugatuck but have all the conveniences that we need. You can walk 20 mins to the nearest Douglas beach. The beach is small when the tide is high but pretty secluded. The condo is on top of Isabel’s market which makes it convenient to get food and coffee. The host is great and communication is easy. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

House was very clean. Listed just as described. Location is good but personally not walkable depending on who you’re traveling with. Oval beach and downtown Saugatuck we’re 1-2 miles away. This did not bother our group though. Parking was not a concern at any of our destinations. It is directly about a market which I enjoyed getting coffee and breakfast at in the morning. The host was super helpful and responsive. I would definitely come back.

House was very clean. Listed just as described. Location is good but personally not walkable depending on who you’re traveling with. Oval beach and downtown Saugatuck we’re 1-2 miles away. Location: super close to downtown Saugatuck and beaches. Definitely walking distance (we had 2 kids with us, so piling in to the car was a must - but only a 4 min drive).
Highly recommend staying here - we look forward to coming back!

Wonderful Stay
We stayed at Garnet's place above Isabel's for a month, which we very much enjoyed. The apartment is nicely furnished, spacious, and gets a ton of natural light. It is about a ten-minute walk to either the lake or downtown Douglas, a short drive to other notable spots. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative. There was construction going on downstairs throughout the month, but the hosts were communicating with us on when things would be done and it didn't both us much. Future guests will get to enjoy the fruits of that labor when Isabel's opens. Stay worked well for us overall.

Great spacious condo!
We were looking for a place for the 4 of us to stay while exploring Saugatuck and found this nice condo! The owner was super friendly and informative. The condo felt very new and was extremely clean. Only a couple miles from downtown Saugatuck and Oval Beach!

Large space outside of town
Large space that was what we needed for our last minute weekend getaway. Good and continuous lines of communication with the owner. Though the location was outside of town, it was central to everything we had planned.

Two week stay in Douglas/Saugatuck
Staying at this property made what was a much needed get-away an absolutely perfect vacation retreat. The condo is VERY spacious and was a perfect set up for both of us to work remotely and have our own work space. It's roomy and cozy and the location is terrific. We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one was easily one of the best that we've ever experienced. Garnet was super responsive and helpful to any questions that I had. We will definitely be back.

Great hospitality wonderful location
The condo was huge, clean and close to oval beach. We loved the amenities and owners were great. We couldn’t sleep in the bed too hard, so we were glad to leave early. If bed was better the place was perfect. A lot of space and pool on property. I hate to say anything bad, but the bed needs to be softer
