On the upper floor is where you will also find a pot belly fire to warm the cold winter nights. On either sides of the top and bottom storeys are 4 large open decks with outdoor dining furniture, seating and BBQ. Downstairs you will find all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry. The large master bedroom has a queen bed with walk in robe and ensuite consisting of vanity, toilet and single shower. The second bedroom is set up with 2x sets of single bunk beds with drawers and storage unit. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have queen beds and also have plenty of room for storage. The second bathroom features include, vanity, bath with single shower and a separate toilet. For longer stays the laundry is all set up with washing machine, washing powder, dryer, ironing board and iron. The house is situated on on extra large 1500m2 block, 600m2 being a grassed and gardened area for recreational use, great for the kids to burn off some energy or to park your caravan or boat. The undercover parking caters for 2 vehicles with plenty of space on the driveway for many more. Binningup is located 1.5hrs south of Perth and is only 15-30 minutes to Australind, Eaton or Bunbury.
