Great place but they need lockboxes

Space and staff were lovely.

No lock boxes and my friend’s gold chain was stolen. She received no compensation.

Beautiful and delicious!

nice place, nice restaurant, great food. The staff was very nice and friendly, empathic and willing the help at any hour. Literally, Ruben prepared food even if the kitchen was closed.

Perfect!

This hotel is a hidden gem! We were really impressed 😊Everything was excellent… the staff, the rooms clean and comfortable with a big bed and amazing shower and so quiet to guarantee a good night sleep. The hotel has a very cool restaurant and terrace to eat and/or have drinks and brekkie was lovely. I’m very picky myself, I always choose 4,5* hotels and this has nothing to envy to those luxury ones! We loved it!

Its not in a walking distance from city centre, but as bonus is just less than 10min walk to the beach and promenade. It’s not in a pretty neighbourhood but as said in 5-10min you are in the Marina! With lots of bars and cafes

Amazing place, also for travelers with a baby!

Great place! Lovely design and vibe. Close to the metro, beach and places you want to go when visiting Valencia. Lovely staff and amazing room. Very quiet at night. No road sounds of such things like at some other places in Valencia. I stayed in Valencia many, many times, but this place was the best! We visited with a baby of 10 months old and it was awesome. We got a ground floor room (easy with the stroller and when you have to walk back in when you forget stuff) and it had a lot of space for the baby to play. Also the staff was very helpful (warm water for the bottle and such) and the baby loved their lovely approach. A very relaxed stay for with a baby. Also the courtyard is nice for kids to play when the parents relax with a nice drink an bite :).

Omar provided just exceptional service that let the overall feeling keep good

+ Omar advised a lot about restaurants available at night with a good kitchen + It was clean and comfortable to communicate with stuff + It was room's very small "patio" that served as a refrigerator in cold days + Location is good with 2 spots to rent Valenbisi bikes which are great in Valencia

- No refrigerator - If you intend to work, table isn't really a table (i.e. not a full table), so not very comfortable to sit more than an hour with laptop - Strange smell in the room, so I forced to keep window open all the time which is ok

An experience for all seasons

BreakfAst was a la carte which great as you could order as much or as little as you pleased and the breakfast space both outside and in was cosy and quirky. The location was great near the beach yet you could access easily by metro from the airport getting into the centre was also easy.

Nothing. I would have liked to have seen better signage throughout the centre though to make it easier to get around without the need of a map or phone.

Loved it!

Such an amazing place in a great location. Next to supermarkets and stores. 20-min walk from the beach. Staff is friendly. Great decoration and atmosphere. Restaurant is also awesome, the staff were very kind trying to make vegan options for us.

Functional yet a relaxing stay

Location close to beach and metro. Very central. 27 euro taxi from airport. Lovely restaurant area. Lovely simple breakfast.

Exceptional

This hotel is the nicest I have seen in Valencia, a very special place. Located in a very nice area, you can rent bikes, go to the beach or the city. The design of the hotel is Super nice, with a large terasse of the restaurant for breakfast, lunch..The personal was superb, so friendly and extremely helpful! Thank you Veronika! We'll come again.

Really lovely looking hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Short walk to the beach. Nice bar and restaurant with a cute outdoor seating area. The mushroom croquettes were one of the tastiest things I ate during my trip!

Best value for money, highly recommended

New furniture, clean rooms. Very good location - 10 min walk to metro line 5, which goes straight to the city centre, the the airport and the bioparc. 15min walk to the beach and 20min walk to the city of sciences. We were very happy with our stay 10/10. I would highly recommend it for people who are focused on value for money proposition.

Room cleaning was late in the afternoon, i.e. 2-5pm for our rooms on the ground floor, which was the time we used to stay in the hotel due to excess heat outside, so our room was not cleaned when we were back from our morning walk.

A fabulous small modern hotel in a great location in Valencia

The location is great, its a short walk to the metro station to get into the centre of Valencia and the direct line to the airport and there are some good restaurants nearby. Beach is about a 15 minute walk away or a short tram ride. The room was fabulous - newly refurbished, comfortable and very clean. The terrace is a lovely shady space to have breakfast in the morning. The friendly staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming.

Perfect accommodation

Very clean and comfortable room, good position (walking distance from the beach and the metro), and great staff that does an effort to accommodate your requests where possible. Very much recommended 🙂

A couple of additions to the rooms would make them even better: a safe box to store valuables and laptop, and a something to hang clothes on to dry.

Very nice staff and clean rooms, great location.

My room was really expensive and for this price I was allocated in a ground floor room overlooking a small internal patio - it was dark even on sunny days and it smelled of humidity. I had to purchase an air refresher to cover the smell. Very disappointing. Would not book again.

Poor value for money

The room was clean. Comfortable bed

- expensive, no breakfast included - room is basic - no hooks in bathroom for towels - rooms upstairs overlook the patio/restaurant, noisy from early morning with loud talking and deliveries.
