Roaches ,not working washing facility(washer& dryer)very cold

Didn’t have the opportunity to like anything. The General manger Babara canceled my reservation before my arrival.
The rudeness of the manager on-site. Before even string her attitude was nasty.

The only thing I didn’t like was I booked the room online through booking.com for 24 days.

Location and that's it.
The staff was very unprofessional and the lady who stays as the overnight staff sold drugs to the guest. Things were broke. Room was dirty. Staff was dirty& unhelpful and dissmissve. Property was dirty and they don't enforce the leash rule.

Nothing besides the price staff is unfriendly and I accommodating room had been moist since we checked in still had an bug problem they have not addressed or accommodated us for. But the least they can do is give us a better room due to the issues we have been experiencing
