Loved the spa! But it was very dirty! There was mould everywhere and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. They never changed the towels and the bathroom was horrific! We went there just because of the spa, but we never knew it was that horrible!

The food was okay and the room was not dirty.

The room was missing bath robes, shower gel and slippers even though they should all be included. The ac and fridge were not working. The sink was stiff and one of the toilet flush buttons weren't working. The shower head was broken and water was spraying everywhere instead of just down. Some of the lights would also randomly stop working. One of the saunas was not working and the swimming pool has no lights. Our room was never cleaned even though it should be cleaned every day. Reception did not even check our ids and gave us the wrong room. It was meant to be with a balcony but we didnt get that. No drinks were included with food even though we paid for breakfast and dinner, we had to pay for all drinks separately. The food was not named so you didn't know what you were getting most of the time. One of the nights the hotel hosted a party and had incredibly loud music until 1 am and we could hear it all the way on the second floor even though the party was on the ground floor.

Breakfast was good but not flexible for early departure. Food buffet was very much the same each night, not a lot of variety

El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado, la habitación tenia una hermosa vista a la montaña de bansko

El alojamiento no era como me esperaba, la alfombra del piso levantaba un poco de polvo lo cual a mi me causa alergia, la puerta del baño no se cerraba bien y no estaba super bien limpio todo en general.. la luz de la habitación se iba por momentos
