A very good stay at Oonas

I liked the friendly staff there and the location is perfect.

Breakfast could have been a little better for the price and it would have been better if coffee drinks (latte, cappuccino etc) at breakfast were free.

Perfect place to learn to dive in the beautiful Red Sea

Really friendly. We were there for our teenage sons to do an Open Water Course and Karen was hugely supportive in getting them the best tutors so they both qualified - and both loved it. Food was good - particularly the lentil soup and falafel, and restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms basic but absolutely fine - good air con, balconies, also a useful bag cupboard for arriving earlier or staying later than check in/out times. Good beach, always loungers free when we stayed, and great shallow water areas with coral and fish for beginner divers. Fantastic diving trip to Ras Mohammed National Park with wonderful guides. We felt really happy here.

Nothing that really mattered… perhaps better fitting sheets on the double bed would have been nice, and a couple of soft drinks in the mini bar.

They double charged us ( my husband and I had both booked unknowingly)and are not ready to compensate back even though the property was not full that day. The receptionist Ahmed had told us he would not do that. It seems like they are just there to make money. The property is basic and breakfast poor. The only great thing is the location. You can find better properties around for that price for sure.

The rooms are large and well equipped. The balcony is a nice touch. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is very nice.

It's kind of at the end of the beach. The waters outside the hotel are very rocky. the internet is very fickle.

quiter corner of sharm, prices better than others, the dive club is just downstsirs. Attacts different profile customers (divers) vs the other all inclusive type resorts in sharm

the beach in the front in the frint is full of garbage (plastic bottles etc) there is a construction going on in the front, it makes it also dirtier. I asked the receptionist and the guard, other hotel personnel several times to clean the beach. It us not nice to sit on the beach among the garbage sbd it would takd so little every day to just walk around and pick up the stuff that may have blown with the wind. The construction is an dxcuse they use not to collect the garbage!! they did nothing after I warned them a few times! It is shore diving in sharm, if all the plastic on the beach flies into the sea, we are not only killing the sealife / environment but slso impacting the only reasons tourists go to sharm: diving and the sea. Otherwise sharm is quite cheesy and ugly town. There are better options out there. The hotel personnel in genersl not very attentive and the guard on the beach instead of cleaning, making things look nicer and tidier prefers to lay down lazy on a bench and do nothing.

To be frank, I was disappointed through my stay.

Receptionist was friendly and very helpful through my 3-day stay. I climbed up Mt. Sinai during night to see sunrise at the top of the mountain. He lent me a flashlight for the overnight activity. Also he prepared a breakfast box for me.

- A housekeeper took me to a room after checking in. He started making bed at that time and checking AC stepping on the wardrobe with his shoes on. He did not clean/wipe his footprints on the wardrobe... - A shower room had a blocked drain. - Mosquitos everyday in the room. - Breakfast staff served foods without saying anything.

The Hotel is simple, but just beach front, with own private beach access in Naama Bay, so it was perfect! Ahmed was a great host, he even made a breakfast box one day, that I went to Sinai Mountain track (which he helped to provide).

The beach front was under restauration, so the view was not so nice. But I believe it will be finished soon!

Great place to stay by the beach!

We had a really good time in Sharm El-Sheikh and definitely stayed in Oonas was part of it. People in the staff are very professional, the food is great and cheap, the beach is very close with a good view, comfortable rooms, clean and you can book tours directly at the front desk. Hopefully, I will be back one day. Thanks Oonas team!

They are building new areas at the beach so it was dirty and noise. It's understandable since they are expanding their business.

The concierge, Ahmad, was extremely friendly and helpful in all ways. The reef at their beach was quite good, and very convenient. The restaurant was good. The breakfast that was included in the cost was the best breakfast I had in Egypt.

Although it's at the quiet end of the strip, it's still quite loud when the clubs start blaring their music. Fortunately, they stop at a reasonable hour. The construction next door was loud and disruptive (Nov. 2022), but it will end eventually.

Great location for diving and tourism in Dahab with fantastic staff

Located right in the center of Dahab. The staff is just lovely. Diving courses offered at the property are also great!

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Beds are okay but a lot of light comes into the room which can make it harder to sleep.

very affordable, the service and the facilities you get is good considering their rates.

I just think they should mention clearly that the beach is not a swimming beach, it’s too rocky and too shallow and it’s quite far from Naama Bay center, it’s definetly not a 15 min. walk, it’s a good 30 min.

Thank you to receptionist Mohanad and Ahmed and all hotel staff for being friendly, sincere, helpful. We were 4 friends and we were satisfied with every detail of the hotel. The view from the hotel is amazing, better than the photos. If we come again we will stay here again. You can feel like in family home

The rooms have a nice little balcony view of the bay. They are clean, the ac is proper.

Value of the money.

Breakfast was ok, it was enough for us. Location of the hotel is excellent. Taxi charged us $15 from the Airport. The price of the hotel was very good.

Hotel needs renovation.

The price of diving is double than in dahab The beach has many rocks and it's unsuitable for prolonged entry (the neighboring beach is great 😉)

Lovely place, the staff are very kind and the room was clean and welcoming. Close to the center. Good place for divers and for people that looking for sinai vibs like it use to be. I had wanderfull vacation.
