Stunning location - beautiful grounds.

Everything but housekeeping
Housekeeping. No refill on shower gel, no soap, took my slippers away, didn't clean table....

Great stuff, beautiful lobby with a good choice of cocktails and high-quality coffee. Stuff friendly and helpful. Wonderful spa, available with small kids in the morning and early afternoon. Very good breakfast with a wide selection of cooked food, fresh berries, fruits, various kinds of cheese, ham, and fish. Fresh bread. All perfect.
There is a visible fungus in the grooves of the bathtub or on the silicone. It can be easily removed with special bathroom chemicals, but seeing this in such a nice hotel is not nice.

rooms of the hotels are not like photos at all.. the suite is like a basement!
we did not stay in the hotel; we need a full refund!

Very good
Not really five stars. From facilities to staff to cleanliness, its an upscale 4 star hotel.
7.0
Pool area very clean and relaxing
Room was clean
Plenty of food options on site however you would need to like seafood
Very quiet area
Room was tiny and patio was looking out into the carpark and road so was nosey during the day and evening. Was other rooms with a nicer patio view (looking out into the gardens/pool. Was disappointed especially when we paid a higher rate for the room.

the outside and the pool area was really nice. The restaurant Rivale was great. SPA was calm and nice.
Our opinion is that the hotel is not very child friendly as well as some of the staff was really nice while some were impolite.

Excellent selection of restaurants, all with fantastic food. The staff were very, very helpful and friendly. All in all and outstanding place to stay.
Nothing.

we paid for a room with view on the lake and garden and were tild that booking.com wwas making a mistake when posting the details; we had no view as described and the price we paid was not according to what we received.
too noisy, intense smell of chlorine, poor breakfast choice

Lake view, good place to staff to explore surrounding areas (Verona, Bergamo, Brescia etc), nice pool and friendly staff
Garden and pool were nice, but not really well maintained. Took staff quite long in the mornings to have the pool cleaned of leaflets etc. Garden is nice, but not always cleaned up (cigarette stubs etc).
7.0
Very nice location, great outdoor area with enough and comfortable deck chairs, nice outside pool
Great breakfast
Some of the stuff are really very good, helpful, engaged
Good SPA and good SPA treatments.
Some level of detail is missing in varies aspects (e.g. when we arrived, there was still some garbage in the bin and a used coffee cup in the coffee machine, we had to ask to refill shampoo as it was empty, etc.)
Room is not up to 5* standard (we had mutliple problems with the door, there is only one sink in the bathrroom etc.)
Price/Value is not 100% matching, specifically in the F&B area.. (e.g. 15 Euro for Roomservice, Coperto 7 Euro per Person in the BBay restaurant, limited and expensive food offers at the pool etc..)

very nice accomodation and serenity
very clean
the staff is not that friendly especially with kids
the kids menu is the worst. 3 restaurants and each one offers extra salted fries and pasta

Great location on the Lago di Garda with direct access to the lake and well-manucured gardens. Very nice breakfast and convenient spa / indoor pool (though the gym room is small and not greatly equipped). Restaurant is fine, though a little bit overpriced for the quality
In a nutshell : definitely NOT a 5-star experience. Rather oscillates between a superb 3-star and a solid 4-star.
Definitely misses the 5-star rating on service consistency and overall accommodation. Service oscillates between the bad and the average. Staff is surprisingly distant and frowny and does not make you feel welcomed overall (with the notable exceptions of a few staffers).
Cleaning is really average (heavy dust in the closet) and we had to ask thrice to get simple things solved.
Room service is absurdly priced (15€ to have a 10€ 😂bowl of rice delivered to your room) and cabin sunbeds are priced 50€/day. We had the opportunity to visit many 5-star hotels across the world for both personal and professional motives and we had our fair share of Peninsula, Ritz, Park Hyatt, Four Seasons, Saint Régis and luxury boutiques hotels. We NEVER experienced such absurd pricing. The very purpose of paying considerable premium for luxury hotels is extra services for free. Don't forget expect this here.
Rooms are way below what we would have expected from a 5-star hotel. We had a suite and they are OK and convenient bungalows but the decoration is outdated (those IKEA-like New York skyscrapers pictures...) and renovation required, especially for bathrooms, where details are not fixed or consistenly repaired. Huge discrepancy here between the nicely designed entrance hall and the room experience.
Lastly, this should not be considered a dog friendly hotel as the pet policy is randomly applied (we got refused in the outdoor restaurant after 2 days where our little dog was welcomed) and absurdly priced as well (40€ / day for nothing, as there is no extra cleaning nor service, like a simple bowl of water...). While we certainly agree with pet policy, the bare minimum is for it to be consistently applied and signaled before booking (the 40€ fee was rightly mentioned, not the interdictions).

Location close to the lake but secluded. Pool & sun loungers always available and a feeling of spaciousness & security even though close to the road at the front and close to the walkway by the lake at the rear. surprisingly quiet too. The grounds are well kept, with a stylish design of planting, sculptures & lawns. With the hotel small enough that you don’t just feel like a number but luxurious and well equipped with a small gym with high quality equipment, an indoor spa ( not used) & beauty salon, where our whole family enjoyed a massage. Bedrooms were well furnished, cleaned daily. there is a choice of 3 restaurants. We ate in the Il Rivale restaurant twice and the food and service were both excellent. What we liked the most about the property though was the staff. They made our stay, and Tony at the Concierge desk, Alberto on the front desk & Mirko who looked after us each morning at breakfast amongst many others took providing service to ‘service excellence’.
Prices are on the high side & without the people who work there you wouldn’t feel like you were getting ‘good value’ . As it was, the staff were great and we felt we had a good value and a very enjoyable stay.
Secondly, very little in the way of environmental measures were observed. This hotel is well placed to lead on environmental issues & could start in making one of their restaurants carbon neutral, increasing use of pulses/legumes/vegetables & reducing portion sizes of meat. A ‘true’ & healthy Mediterranean diet.

great facilities & very friendly staff.
Not that close to town center.

it was pretty spacious, staff was great and helpful.
breakfast was wonderful!
our rooms was a bit too “simple” to this type of resort in this area, i would be happy to get a more decorated room.

Excellent breakfast
limited number of guests
nice pool and garden
very nice staff
price did not match the accomodation standard
room too small
fashionably designed but very impractical - functional stuff missing - sockets, drawers, hangers and fen in in the bathroom, outdoorhangers to dry swimdress…
