Todo. Hemos estado mi hermana y yo Reservamos un estudio y nos cambiaron a un apartamento por cortesía del Hotel sin pedirlo,. La amabilidad de Juan el recepcionista y Priscila la camarera, atenta simpática y muy atenta en el desayuno para que no falte de nada. La amabilidad del personal en general, la luz del apartamento, la cercanía a la playa. Lo recomiendo al 100%100.

booked it with a car park and was,nt told that a Toyota Landcruiser would not fit its only made to take cars i was told.

Great location shame the room was not clean and beds were broken and damaged.

Beds broken damaged and also shower head dirty. Behind the unit was extremely dirty all Along the floor and the cable . Pretty disgusting and very disappointing

Nice staff. Got an upgrade when I arrived, so nice of them. Great location, near the beach & restaurants.

Great comfortable budget hotel

We really enjoyed our stay here and for the price we paid we were really happy. The bed was super big and comfortable which was a really nice surprise! I’d definitely recommend this place if your looking for a comfortable budget hotel.

Pleasant

Mostly what I look for in a hotel is a comfortable bed, a hot and steady shower, and good coffee. The bed at El Faro was really excellent, I slept better there than at home. The shower was ok, it was difficult to arrange the curtain so as to avoid wetting the floor, but I guess that is an annoyance to the cleaning staff rather than us. Breakfast we found a little sub-par and we would advise eating it elsewhere. I would like to mention that the staff were uniformly excellent - friendly and helpful. There's no reason to expect people in a foreign country to speak good English, but they all did. Good people.

There was quite a bit of street noise late at night, foreign yobbos returning from night clubs rather than locals. I heard Irish accents but the worst were Dutch. There is of course nothing the hotel can do about this, and probably one suffers the same anywhere close to the beach, but it was a bloody nuisance.

Good service

I like the fact that it was close to everything, the restaurants, supermarkets, the beach and boutiques.

There was nothing to complain. Expect pancakes in their breakfast buffet.

The area was particularly good, in that there were many bars and restaurants close by.

Some noisy guests... who also were on holiday, so let's not make too much of it.

Such an incredible location and beyond clean, loved the drink on arrival. The main frustration we didn’t know is I think

Absolutely the location, the cleaners were phenomenal and drink on arrival!

Some staff were just fantastic and others weren’t the best, so the inconsistency was a little frustrating. The property backed onto a school and was too loud.

Great location, but that's about it, everything else is mediocre.

The location is fantastic.

The room is mediocre, cleanliness was an issue, no services whatsoever, not even water in the rooms. Outdated hotel, would recommend avoiding it.

Fantastic hotel in Marbella.

A great stay in the middle of Marbella! The hotel was in a fab location, a short walk away from the seafront, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was really modern and spotless, the bed was really big, balcony was great and there was even a little kitchenette which was handy. The staff were all really friendly, bar downstairs was great and glasses of cava were lovely and cheap.
