Good location, nice view from balcony, great staff, great value.

Located really close to metro station and walking distance to the centre. Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean and we had plenty of hot water. Staff were amazing - quick to respond to messages and went out of their way to help when I left my purse in the apartment. The 70 year old elevator was interesting!

Decor was quite shabby and only one pot and one frying pan for cooking. Not the nicest area but we didn’t feel unsafe even at night.

Exceptional

The location of the accommodation is fantastic. To start exploring the city, this is the ideal place. The host is so kind that he waited us for 3 hours (Serbia-Bulgaria border took us unexpected 3 more hours) until midnight with his son, said nothing bad about it or us. What an amazing individual 👏 he is. The house offers the visitor unforgettable experience as it was built around 1960-70's. Don't worry about it being old, as the host told me they renovate it every 5 to 10 years. And it seems very well cared and managed. As it is an old apartment, the wooden lift is very interesting. The accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable. The terrace view is as it is in the photo! Interesting fact : the host, Ognyan, is a medalist from the Munich Olympics!

Okay for a short stay

Friendly host. Let us park in his parking spot the first evening. Close to the centre.

Although the apartment seemed clean, the bathroom had mold stains all over.

it is okay for a short stay when you don’t want to spend much

the position is okay… a few train stops from the centre

the property wasn’t super clean. a lot of dust under the beds. the bathroom very small.

Great location for short stay and close to Sofia's city centre and the Airport

The location of the place. Comfortable beds and enough space for 4 people. Welcoming staff., very friendly and kind host. Recommended a nixe restaurant and was very quick to respond to our queries.

The noise from the old lift and the air conditioning base unit. Perhaps a bin in the bathroom and face/hand towels would have been a nice addition.

Fabulous apartment in great location, friendly host - what more could you ask for.

the host was super friendly and helpful, both before my arrival and by coming into the street to direct me into the parking. The apartment was huge and the facilities great with constant hot water and heating I could control and a great view.

The pillows were to large and too hard for my liking but this is just a personal preference and may be perfect for someone else.

Very nice and confortable.

It felt like home to us. We can prepare our food ourselves because the facilities provided were enough. Especially when travelling with group of friends, we have to take accounts of everyone’s comfort. We had a very good stay here. Also the view from the windows were just absolutely astounding.

Clean, comfortable and friendly people!

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The building is old but the apartments are thoughtfully updated. Ours was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Not much they can do about the wet-room bathroom design, but with a little care, what needs to stay dry can stay dry. Good location for walking or transit. We’d definitely come back!

Superb

The staff is nice and friendly, they even speak English.... The apartment is clean and well maintained. The location is a little bit out of the centre. Note: I expect that in apartments there will be sugar, tea bags and even a milk. Most of the apartment's did not have it.

Apartment for a family

Good location, close to the metro and grocery store Billa. City center is a short walk away. Apartment is well equipped with everything you might need for a short stay.

The shower was not very practical.

Old building, nice area

Clean apartments Personnel seemed nice & warm( even if only one spoke English) We arrived arround 22:00 and they were there to accomodate us. The apartaments are close to a Park and to a Metro station. By feet you have to go 20 minutes up to downtown. They provided a map of Sofia down town. There are a gas station, a restaurant and a hypermarket at less then 3 minutes walk. They let us take 3 apartments out of 4 at our choice ( we were a group of 3 families).

Strong smell of old building Bathrooms should have been completely rearanged and renovated ( including the toilet în the shower area doesn't seem a good idea for me) The doors creaked The whole building is old.

Fabulous

Very good location next to metro station and very close to super market! Inside the room was renovated, spacy and very comfortable for 4 persons! The staff is very helpful and they fix us the transportation from the room to airport in a very good price! I suggest this apartment-room if you want visit Sofia and you search for sth value for money!
