Owner lives on site, and although our flight was delayed by a few hours which meant it was late at night when we arrived, this was no problem. Communicated via text from the moment we landed.
Position of the apartment was very good, everything within easy walking distance. Had own underground car parking facility.

We loved our stay in Alicia's apartment. It was spotless with all the facilities we could need. Alicia stayed in close contact and even tolerated my attempt at Spanish!
Perfectly located to drive around the South of the island and even explore Mt Teide. The local town has a post office, supermarkets and beach all within walking distance.
Having off the road parking was a luxury that kept our hired car cool throughout our stay.
The small balcony was ideal for breakfasts in the morning sun.
The twin beds weren't particularly comfortable and it would be a squeeze for 6 people, 4 would be ideal.

We liked the well equipped kitchen. The apartment is in a more quiet area with cafes and shops in walking distance. The shared roof terrace allows some sea view and is equipped with sun chairs and a large umbrella. A problem with two lamps was fixed in a timely manner.
The bed couch in the living room was not really comfortable.

Quiet area, good location, verything you need in the app
In the kitchen were little ants, there is no air condition in the app. In small room there is a window through it see and hear neighbours.

Location was excellent. Hostess was fantastic property really clean and off street parking (once got used to backing into underground garage ) was additional bonus. Playa san Juan is a picturesque and quiet village beside the sea with lovely beach, plenty of great restaurants on door step, easy to shop and get around. With hire car we got to see and experience all the places we wanted in Tenerife.

We loved stying in Mi posadita. It was so cozy, the owner super friendly. The apartment was very (very!) tidy and we felt like home. There was everything we needed: A well equipped kitchen, washing mashine, balcony for breakfast with sun at the tip of your nose, rooftop terrace for watching sunsets... We will definately come back. ❤️

Limited handover instructions. Lighting in sitting room not good enough for reading.

As a returning guest in this street, I love the fact that the apartment is very close to the sea. You can see the sea and the Teide from the balcony. All amenities are in the surrounding streets and only minutes away. The location is also just a short drive away from Siam Park.
It's a pity I could only stay for a week.
