Comfortable hotel next to a small nice harbor.

Beautiful location next to a small harbor in the small and nice town Torri del Benavides. Private parking behind fence. Breakfast on the terrace with splendid lake view.

Our stay was idyllic, magical and something we will never forget.

We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon and were welcomed with a bottle of champagne in our room which was a lovely touch. The room was superb with a beautiful view from the balcony. It was also very spacious and the en-suite was excellent. The morning breakfast was top class as was the lady overseeing the service. All the staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel is outstanding. We are definitely coming back.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!

I dislike the fact that there is not an option to review this as 0/10.

Came to attend our friends wedding and to celebrate our anniversary, hotel as described, then we got to the room.T It was okay, clean enough and had a nice enough view over the harbour. Went to the room to sleep, the "large double bed" that we had paid £160 a night for was in fact two single beds pushed together. I have travelled A LOT worldwide, mostly in Europe I am aware that many hotels convert twins to doubles. THE PROBLEM WAS THERE WAS NO FASTENING ON THE BASE, AND THERE WAS NO TOPPER ON THE MATTRESSES TO HOLD THEM TOGETHER. So the first two nights, the beds slid apart repeatedly, resulting in me & my partner trying to sleep on separate sides of the bed but when we moved in our sleep, we fell in between the beds onto the floor! Got less than a few hours sleep on both nights! This was raised with the property with Doreen on the second morning of a 3 night stay, who assured us she would speak to house keeping to get us a double mattress. We returned in the late afternoon only to be told this was not possible and the hotel was fully booked. Doreen did nothing to resolve this, shrugged her shoulders and didnt help. Asked for the manager Mirko to call me and to this day, 8 days after check out I havent heard from him. We advised we would need to change hotels, we were point blank refused any resolution,empathy, or refund, she just demanded the travel tax! We found another hotel next door HOTEL DEL PORTO, which Doreen didnt tell us about when we asked. She should spend a day with them to learn some basic customer skills from the experts. Home now for over a week, 5 hours on the phone to booking.com executive team and no resolution. Have raised a dispute with my C/C company who are going to claw the money back in 60 days with the evidence provided. Still nothing from Mirko, not even an apology. Had to leave a day early to Hotel Del Porto and spend another £150, so in total 700 Euro for 3 nights, 2 of which we didnt get any sleep.

Location is excellent!!!! Very clean and well done! We loved it!

It was the day that the whole town reopened their season, so they were still working on getting everything ready, but the personnel was very accommodating.

Superb

Amazing location right at the marina of Torri and right across from the Castle. Perfectly located to explore the village on foot. Parking right around the corner, privately owned by the hotel. Restaurant with seating right out on the piazza.

Rooms where partly looking a bit old but overall ok.

Four Days on Lake Garda perfect.

The best location on Lake Garda. Area quiet as pedestrianised. Town has plenty of restaurants and the hotel has a good bar. Easy to get from airport. Staff very helpful.

Bathroom rather small and hotel restaurant currently closed.

A stay in the broom closet

Booking was OK, communication was ok. private parking is in some close walking distance, location of the hotel is great, just spot on, in in the middle of where you want to be. Breakfast ist super-good! Staff is helpful and friendly. Location and room is very clean.

The room! You may get such a room when you just book for one night, as we did. It was clean, nice equipped and facing rear side / a small alley (as we may have booked). There's the problem: The room itself is just too small! Its a better broom closet without ventilation. If you have windows shut (due to noise) you suffocate! There's just not enough air supply for two people for the night! Opening the window exposes you to the kitchen noise (kitchen is just below your room). All in all, the hotel appears to be quite good. We may just have been unlucky to get the broom closet. The question I ask myself: Would I come again: for a longer stay, it may be Ok, but I would need to check what room I get upfront!

I asked for a quiet room and got one on the elevator, when I asked to change there weren't left any rooms. Moreover, I think it is a little expensive and not a good value for money.

Excellent position in the heart of this lovely town. Great breakfast on the balcony at the first floor of the hotel which is located in a very ancient historical building with a beautiful view on the harbor and on the castle

Small bathroom but well equipped, small room and small tv (but better spending the evening walking along the lake); missing a boiler coffee and tea in the room

The best location in Torri, we had the best view even when lying in our bed! But the most amazing thing was our breakfast spot, sitting on the balcony with a stunning view (and they have a great breakfast too)! The staff was really friendly. Definitely the best hotel on our Italy trip

Beautiful staff and beautiful hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel. The friendliness of the staff was a joy. They were the icing on the cake. I had always wanted to stay here and it didn't let me down in anyway. The view from my room was gorgeous.
