18th Floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This large condo comfortably sleeps 10 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion. The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bunkbed. The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed. All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay. The condo was nice. All 7 of us fit comfortably. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We even extended our reservation. Love the beach.

It plainly says that the price you see is the price you pay, NO HIDDEN FEES. It told me my total price, so I paid. I got a receipt afterwards verifying the total. VRBO charged my card with their fee, which was what it previously said on the screen. However, Emerald Coast charged me quite a bit more than what their total said. I emailed them once I saw the wrong charge on my card & never got a reply. 2 weeks later, I emailed again & got a reply that it was a credit card processing fee that they charge. That is not the price it showed when I hit book now & not the price I agreed to pay. You advertise as NO HIDDEN FEES, so there shouldn’t be a credit card fee added to the final total I agreed to pay. That is not right at all. They said it was 4% of their charge, but it was more than 4%. They said it’s in their terms & agreements that I signed the day AFTER I booked the room & had already paid through VRBO. That is not good business & not fair at all.

The living room furniture in the condo is not the same as pictured! A large L shaped couch and large black coffee table takes up way to much space and the dining room table is so large there is no way to use it comfortably! There just isn’t enough room for such big furniture! The kitchen is large which I loved but needs more silverware.The master suite was nice. There is water damage at the baseboards but I didn’t see mold. If they would change the furniture in the living room to something not as bulky, It would be much more comfortable!

booked 5 nights at 1804 Majestic Towers II - overlooking the beach / Me, and 6 girl family members including 6 year old grand daughter - very clean condo!- Rented a pontoon boat for one day for boat ride trip to Shell Island- This was the best family vacation ever - already making plans to return next year - hard to dream of how it could have been any better - very affordable - hope to stay at the same place when we return !!!!!!

It was the best view! We loved this condo! Very clean and the view was absolutely amazing! Check in and out was so easy as to normally have to go to front desk and get keys and all that and this place you have your code and don’t have to mess with any of that! It was clean and beds were comfortable! We go to Panama every year and will definitely be choosing this condo again next year!

no renovations done, mold on the baseboards, had a weird smell, carpet was disgusting, owner did not email back after being contacted, room with queen bed got really hot during the night and you couldn’t put the air lower than 70, door does not lock when you leave unless you turn the tiny lock above the handle. all of these things irritated my family upon arrival and it wasn’t the exciting freshly renovated and clean condo we expected we were going to be staying in

Other reviews said there were roaches. I was terrified, didn't see these until after booking. We looked high and low, but thankfully didn't find any signs of bugs. However, you may want to bring your cleaning supplies, and spend the first night cleaning the entire place. We love the Majestic, but will not be staying in this condo again. I don't want to pay a cleaning fee and then have to clean the entire place when I get there. I always do a quick once over of most surfaces and bring my own bedding, but this was way beyond that. Looks like there has been flooding or serious leaks and they just tried to cover it cheaply. This is a landlord special room for sure. Couldn't get the living room TV to work, except to cast from our phones. So many rules, don't make fridge colder, which was not very cold at all, don't turn ac below 70, ridiculous. For the price, you should be able to stay cool and keep your food cold. The reviews about the dryer are correct, takes at least 3+ hours to dry towels, better to just hang them on chairs on the balcony. Full load of clothes took at least 2 hours. Master bed was horrible, sunk down in the middle. Just find another one...

The room itself was ok. Had some damage.the location and view were very nice. Check out is to early everywhere else is 10 or 11am and the fridge sounds like it was on it's last leg. There is also a leak going into the master bathroom where the carpet ends going into the bathroom

this is our second time staying at this property! it’s always a great time however you cannot use the living room tv. it’s broken.

When we got there, we found roaches all throughout the unit. I called the number on my reservations and she got us moved to a different/smaller unit. I was told on the phone that I would be reimbursed and I have yet to hear back about that! The new unit had dirty clothes in the washer, moldy dishes in the dishwasher, it was a two bedroom (I paid for a three bedroom) and the thermostat was broken. They did send a repair man and we were told it's been reported and the owner refuses to fix it. So we didn't have any air conditioning. This is our third time in PCB and we've never had any problems before. To top it all off, our son had an emergency surgery the day before we checked out. Not that it was anyone's fault...it was just a horrible ending to an already frustrating week. Now with his hospital bills, I could really use that reimbursement but I'm not able to get a hold of anyone! I will never book with Emerald Coast Destinations again.

This was the worst condo i have ever stayed in. We were there Oct 8 th thru 15 th When we arrived and walked in the condo it smelled of musky stinky carpet. After we looked around we started noticing roaches. We called and asked to be moved to another room but we’re told they did not have anything would send exterminator up which never showed up. The carpets are nasty the shower in master bathroom has mold all over the wall and shower door not to mention a bar of soap left in shower with hair wrapped around it. Baseboards molded just overall the worst ever. We called several times 7 to be exact and no one contacted us back. We emailed pictures to the company still never reached out to us. It was just very nasty. The dishwasher smelled awful when running is so we had to rewash our dishes before using them , the washing machine sounded like it was fixing to run out the condo door and the dryer sounded like it was full of water. So don’t ever book this condo even if your desperate. Sleep on the beach would be your better option.

Upon checking into our unit, we immediately see box fans, and industrial fans blowing on carpet and in holes in the ceiling of the unit. The place was dirty. We emailed as instructions told us to and asked for a different unit. We were told that they were sorry and they they would ask management. We never heard back from them. Called the office the next day and we’re told the same thing. Nothing ever became of it. Carpet never dried. Discovered black mold and roaches in unit. I have pictures and video. and I will share.

TBH, it looks bigger in the pictures. It does need updating. There is a leak in the queen bedroom in the closet and mold on the floor you can't use the closet, but there is plenty of room for clothes bc it has a big dresser and night stand. The bunk beds are queens that was nice. The dryer will not dry clothes. My husband cleaned out the dryer hose it was packed full of lint. So it dried much better but it still needs cleaning up thur the wall area. The kitchen is nice has plenty of room for food. I would suggest if you plan on cooking like we did you would need a few more things to cook with, but if not it has knives cutting boards 1 non stick frying pan and 1 small metal frying pan. It needs a gallon jug so you can make tea or Kool aid for kids. The carpets are a little stained but not to bad. They have a new couch. We bought and left batteries for the remotes and plastic glasses for the kitchen. The master bedroom was ok the bathroom is big, but both sinks drains need some draino, and right under the sink on the floor the wood that covers the bottom of the sink kept falling off. There is a spot in the floor right before you get to the entrance of the bathroom that stayed wet. We would dry if with towels and it would be soaked again. I would bring extra towels to dry with if you have more than 2 or 3 ppl all and all it was nice just a few things need to be fixed and updated. On a side note both toilets worked for us. Of and just to make it easier for someone else. To use the TV in the queen room you have to point the remote to the little white box in behind the TV. Lol.... as far as the property you can play pool and ping pong for free, the pools are nice you can walk to tower 1 and the pool there is very nice. Everyone of the guards and staff was very helpful and nice. 🧡

The rental was average I would say. It had the basic accomodations. We had to run the dryer 3 cycles to get the clothes dry. I did contact the host and hopefully it is corrected along with a few other minor issues. The rental is right on the water so it was nice to sit on the balcony also. The cleanliness was so/so. The rental is close to lots of things for everyone. Like I said it was average but room for improvements.

There were stains all over every piece of furniture and the carpet. There were no comforters on the bunkbeds or the extra bedroom. There was a leak in the closet of one of the rooms with a bucket catching the water so they clearly knew there was a leak and they had an industrial fan in the bedroom as well. The laundry room vent was also leaking. I called the rental company to let them know about the leaks. They sent someone out to look at the leaks and the man that came out said it was a building issue so he reported it to the building maintenance. They then came and said it was actually an owner issue and to call the rental company back and tell them. I called them back and left a voicemail then told the man when he brought us comforters for the beds. Nothing was ever done about the leaks, and there was mold forming from the leak in the laundry room. We DO NOT recommend this room or rental company. We are very dissatisfied in the conditions of our stay.

When we arrived there was no one to assist with questions we had and we didn't have a parking pass. When we finally talked with security they said this happens a lot just make sure to call the property owner and we may have to harass them which is what happened. After the 8th call a women finally answered and got very nasty and even threatened to call the police to have us evicted! As we were talking with security Paula called and apologized for the women's behavior and had someone bring the parking pass over. The pictures of the condo are deceiving. The master bedroom carpet looks like it was a crime scene at one point. The shower had mold all over it which mcould be wiped away easily so it wasn't cleaned. The couch is disgusting and used a sheet to cover it up! The condo sleeps 10 but they only provided 6 towels so we had to do laundry constantly which took a long time because the dryer sucks. The best thing about this condo was the location. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone I know or don't know for that matter!!!

We waited until the recommended 6pm check in due to covid because cleaning was taking longer. We get into the unit around 6:30pm and the place is filthy! Bedsheets were clean but the floors were dirty! The bathrooms had mold on the tubs and floors. We opened up the couch bed to find old black pieces of a banana all folded up in the sheets! We ended up not staying in this place and had the property management move us to another location. The pictures do not do the place justice! The pics look to be from many years ago! The table chairs were falling apart and the place was just bad overall! Do not recommend staying here at all until this place is fully renovated!

We’ve stayed at this resort before and we absolutely love it. The pools and the beach access are great! However, this condo was so nasty. The master bathroom toilet constantly ran, the drains took forever to drain, there was a wad of hair in the mater bathroom shower, the couch looked like someone cooked bacon on it it was dirty and greasy. I read it was recently renovated and that may be true, but they also must have had some rough renters since then. We arrived with only 3 towels in the whole condo…it slept 10 - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There were no sheets on the guest room there were wet towels in the closet and left over clothes in the floor. I will definitely not be choosing this particular condo again, but I will stay in the resort again.

The beds were extremely terrible. Very uncomfortable. Carpet and rugs were very dirty. Needs cleaned or removed. Master toilet and fridge made sounds all night long. We reported the toilet and it was never fixed. Very outdated condo room. Too expensive for what it is. Best part was perfect location. Way overpriced!!

If you are just looking for a place to sleep for several people that is on the beach for a lot of money this is the place for you. It has basic necessities, and i was able to cook meals for my family without much difficulty. The master bedroom is huge with a massive bathroom, separate vanity area and walk in closet. The other bedrooms are small, but will fit extra people without difficulty. The view is nice.
This condo is very outdated! It looks like it has not even been painted in quite some time! The mattresses on every bed feel like they are the cheapest and thinnest possible. The comforters look dirty/stained and are the type that are not machine washable! Thankfully we brought extra blankets for each bed! The pillows were all extremely lumpy and discolored... including the extras. Thankfully we had brought at least 1 pillow per person. We stayed for 1wk during the 4th of July and it cost $3400. I honestly feel i could have found a much nicer condo for the money spent!! My sister stayed in a different unit in this building during the same time and their condo was 10 times nicer! Also, to top everything off the check out time is ridiculously early, and the cleaning crew was ringing the doorbell at 8:30 am which was 30 mins prior to the check out time!
The air conditioning worked fine. The freezer does NOT close well and cracks open every time you open the fridge, and the ice machine in the bar has mold all over the water tubing. Save your money and keep looking unless this is the only unit available!
