Don’t believe the hype - onsen is too small, room is old, bathroom is tiny.

Overall the stay was just ok. Onsen was tiny and not worth using. Decent room size, though the bathroom was tiny. There was a wardrobe in the room which is unusual for Japan. Its well located in Sendai.

The room was old and a bit tired. Bathroom is really small. Room was very dark.

its a great location and budget friendly

The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable. Its in a very good location close to the station, restaurants and shopping areas.

The public bath on site was men's only, they have a women's bath at a secondary location about a block away, which you have to ask for a pass to. Also, parking on site costs an extra 1000 yen

Impressive

Impressive - Good price - Good location, just a few minutes to subway and JR station - Free coffee machine with paper cup in the first floor - Free onsen and ice cream - Free laundry - Have a reading room with free massage chairs and a lot of comics - Free soba noodles from 21:30

- There is only onsen for men in the building. If you want to enjoy onsen for women, need to walk to nearby building

Rooms are pretty standard, but this hotel has one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a hotel in Japan

Pleasant

The staff were very friendly; the price was extremely low, especially when you consider the outstanding breakfast. Seriously, this was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had in Japan!

Unfortunately, this hotel is really showing its age. It definitely needs to be renovated, preferably before foreign tourists return to Japan. Additionally, while the hotel is not extremely far from Sendai Station, it is also not especially convenient.

Very close to the city station

Very good locations to reach many shops nearby the station. Room was okay, and facilities were very nice. Didn’t had the chance to try the breakfast, though.
