Location was great - easy walk to every where and views were amazing from our apartment.
Apartment a bit tired, some lights didn’t work and pipes noisy, bed in main room broke (been broken before) half way through our visit - expected it fixed while we went out for the day but no (we had to jimmy up bed) no real urgency to fix at all.
Great to have a Dishwasher and washing machine but NO wash tablets or powder - should of had a few cycles worth left with a spare roll of toilet paper - you have to go shopping on the day you arrive lol

Location and comfortable beds
Staff were unhelpful
Air con was loud
No phone or information provided in the room

Amazing view, spacious, comfortable bed. Excellent location (apart from the noise)
Extremely loud music from nightclubs below until 3am. Tired and a bit run down. Limited crockery and utensils.

The location was excellent. Very close to shops, restaurants, cafes and beautiful beaches. Beautiful views from the rooms. Very spacious.
The apartments were poorly maintained, some lights not working, plumbing looked old. The railings on the deck appeared quite low considering how high the apartments were ( 15 stories).

The view, the location
The staff, the stupid rules and threats, no WiFi.

Location great, spacious, was a good idea to have a kitchen ...close to restaurants but be aware they are expensive, eg $33 for a pizza and $40 for a burrito
No wifi..must pay for it, not cheap. Staff speak no english, first unit was terrible and old no lights and dirty, cockroach living... plus Reno above..had to move to another unit ..second unit tv broken took 5 days to fix..shower rose broken

Perfect location - between Baie Des Citrons & Anse Vata beaches
Very sparcely appointed apartment which has not been upgraded in a while and simply painted white to hide old decor.

The view and space. The proximity to the beaches was great but we cloud not swim at due to shark restrictions
There was very minimal living resources. It no sharp knife, no toaster no coffee mugs.
The TV was not useful as it was not connected to wifi

The location is fantastic. The views are excellent from the large balcony and inside the apartment. The apartment is very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The linens (bath and bed) were up to standard.
There is no wifi. We were informed of this in advance in the 'fine print' in a booking email but didn't notice it. We paid extra for a wifi access card from reception but were never able to make it work. I realised that no wifi access where I am staying is now a deal breaker.
The apartment was a bit grubby.
It is very spartan.
The kitchen equipment was basic, minimal and mismatched. Casa del Sol does not provide any dishwashing liquid or tabs and only very minimal sponges and tea towels. We had no kitchen sink plug. We were required to take out our own rubbish at the end of the stay.
The only toiletries provided were some soaps and three tubes of shampoo - no conditioner.
The pool is a bit basic and the surrounds need maintenance and upgrading.
We did not verify it, but it seemed to us that there were mostly ongoing residents in the building, with just some apartments for holiday let. Either for this reason, or some other, the level of 'hotel'-style service was simply not there. Staff members were nice and responded where they could to requests, but little more.

the location was exceptional within super easy walking distance of both Anse Vata and Lemon Bay…amazing views of either depending on what side you looked out on. truly excellent location.
The apartments were so spacious and airy, fairly basic (furniture and amenities) but so nice to have so much space and gorgeous decks and views.
furniture and kitchen equipment pretty basic, but we had everything we needed for French cheeses boards and tea/coffee making

Huge apartment with excellent views and AC that worked well.
Be prepared by bringing washing up liquid, laundry detergent and conditioner. And a sharp knife if intending to cook.

Amazing location, stunning views, east facing so not too hot in the afternoon. Plenty of room.
very bare. no extra toilet paper, no washing up liquid, dishwashing liquid, or washing powder, no rubbish bags. water drained slowly from the bath. doors very stiff on wardrobes. some light fittings missing. Airconditioning not working in living area.

Big space
Drain in shower didn’t drain properly no one came to fix.
Washing machine was leaking.
No mop even though there tiled floors through out the whole apartment.
The bags were kept in a room where a lot of people knew the code did not look trust worthy.
TV is stuck on french telly which is fine, but it’s 2022 can we please allow air play or YouTube accessible on the tv, especially for someone who is staying for a week during raining season.
The cafe hours and was closed most of our trip which made it harder for us as the supermarket was further away.

very run down, floors dirty (couldn’t walk from the bathroom to bedroom with bare feet without getting really dirty feet!), no cleaning service or cleaning products provided - we knew in advance and took our own.

Location, space, views, veranda are all amazing and the staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
There were no utensils or sharp knives in the kitchen which made being self sufficient tricky and the oven didn’t work and the bath function in the bathroom didn’t work. Absolutely loved the space, bit dated but that’s ok. Mattresses could do with an upgrade.

Nice staff, great locatipn
The wifi is a joke (and very expensive) you'll spend more time trying to connect than being online.
Very noisy Saturday night due to a club in close vicinity until 2 am

Great central location that has easy access to both Anse Vata and Baie des Citrons beaches, restaurants and bars. Amazing ocean views and large bright apartment with plenty of space and comfy beds.
While advertising as "serviced apartments" they are unsuitable for short-term stays. Basic amenities are not provided, such as tea and coffee, extra toilet paper, hand-towels, dishwashing liquid, conditioner, which all other serviced apartments deliver. The kitchen didn't even have a sharp knife or basic cooking utensils. When staying for only 2-3 nights, its unacceptable to have to buy such items and I'd rather stay somewhere else. For longer stays it would be suitable. The pool is also in another building which isn't made clear when booking.
