Nestled in Surprise, this lovely house for $151 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Location...Location...Location!!! 1600 square foot 3 bed/2 bath rambler sleeps 6, 3 queen sized beds, and even a pack and play (porta-crib) for your little one, gives everyone plenty of room to spread out. Our home has an open floor plan with 4 flat screen TV's (60",44", 23" and 18') the 60" has a DVR and VHS and extended channels and the guest rooms have built in DVD player. The backyard has Malibu lights and tropical landscape. This includes a natural gas BBQ, patio furniture (table & chairs and 2 chaise lounges). The backyard has a private 6 person heated spa. There are games, puzzles, internet connection to enjoy or just peace and quiet--we've got it all. Surprise Stadium, home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals is a short 1/2 mile from your home away from home, as is Surprise Tennis and Racquet Ball Complex, Pickle Ball courts and the Dream Catcher Ball Park. The Ottawa University is located right behind the Dream Catcher Ball Park. The Peoria Sports Complex, Chase Baseball Field , Goodyear Stadium, Glendale Arena, Westgate, Suns Basketball Arena, Cardinal Football Stadium, NASCAR PIR, and Luke Air Force base are only a short drive away. For the golf enthusiast there are dozens of local courses and hundreds around us. As soon as we walked in we loved it. We were also surprised because the inside looked BETTER than in the pictures. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and kitchen stuff, lots of games for the kids to play. The neighborhood was great and soo many houses were decorated for the holidays. Location was great and easy to access anything you would need within a 5 minute drive. Check in was easy. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house, which was close enough to Sun City for Christmas. The hot tub was nice and new and very clean. We enjoyed the Christmas lights. Nice appointments and furniture. Looking forward to coming back!

The property was exactly as shown & described. I was impressed by how many utensils were available in the kitchen. Our stay wasnt long enough to cook but if it was we definitely would have not needed anything but the food. Well stocked kitchen & bathrooms. Played Sorry with the kids & had a great time. Most places you go to on vacation you usually run out of necessities. Not with this house, plenty of blankets, pillows and the living room was large enough that the kids chose to sleep out there with the TV. We all ended up watching the Incredibles together. Walked to the park which was very close & enjoyed that as well.

This property deserves 100 stars! Very well kept and the owners have literally thought of every possible amenity to make you feel at home during your stay. The property is centrally located with easy commutes to all attractions. Luke AFB is very close and my husband was like a kid running outside every time jets flew over. This was our first time in AZ and this property made our trip even more enjoyable. The floor plan was ideal for my husband and I and our adult sons. If you are reading this review, you should look no further and book this property. By far the best VRBO we've stayed at!

The house was well equiped with everything we needed for our stay and the hot tub was a bonus. Its in a great location for venturing out into the valley and the White Tank mountains are nearby for great hiking. Property was exactly as listed - clean and well maintained. We were in town for a funeral so didn’t do to many “fun” things but did catch up with family at the house every evening while there. Great quiet neighborhood - will absolutely rent this place next time we are in the Surprise area.

We stayed at this home during a PG baseball tourney. It is in a great and quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the hot tub! Came with everything you need. It was truly a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean & well-kept home! The split floor plan worked perfectly for our family, with the master on one side and two additional bedrooms on the other. Perfect location for our family activities and very close to a grocery store & several restaurants. Appreciate the great communication from the hosts!

Came to town to spend Thanksgiving with Mom in Sun City Grand. Renting this house was MUCH cheaper than a hotel. It is just minutes from everything, recreation, shopping, you name it! Everything in house was as advertised. Very comfortable and well kept. Wife was very happy with sharp knives for prepping food to take to dinner. (She is usually frustrated trying to find the right tools in rental kitchens- not here-had just what she needed!) Will definitely look to rent again when in the area.

This stay and house was spectacular. We came to the area to visit family, not to sight see, but it did look to have many amenities around. I travel with my husband an 14 month old. Randy had a pack n play available for us and the house was wonderful and safe for our daughter to run around in and have plenty of space. We loved the layout of the house, especially when we had family over for meals because we could good and keep an eye on the baby with the open concept. Beautiful master bedroom! We will certainly be back again. Absolutely no complaints. We also loved how close it was to Fry’s. We were able to take a morning walk there multiple times.

This house is absolutely perfect for our family. We loved the neighborhood and the house is very clean and organized. Randy is very helpful and easy to get hold if you have any questions. We are definitely coming back and rent this again during our visit to our son in GCU. The only suggestions we have is for them to provides a new sets pf knife. The knifes is dull.

This was an incredible place to stay! My son was in town playing in a baseball tournament in this property was located less than 2 miles from the stadium. It had all of the features of home! It was tremendously clean and was well stocked with every day items that one ordinarily would not travel with. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Everything this home had to offer was exactly what I would want being away from my own home for over a week! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!
