In addition to having ready access to the sand and water, you'll also enjoy ocean and lake views from both decks and the master bedroom. This lovely home is located in the Nedonna Beach neighborhood a short distance north of town, and it's right across the street from the beach, which stretches for miles. Bring the kites, do some beachcombing, or build a sandcastle. Lake Lytle is just across the highway to the east of the home, so anglers will want to bring their fishing poles along. When you're in the mood for shopping or a meal out, town is only two miles away. Visit the bakery and ice cream shops, play mini-golf, and catch a seasonal festival. The iconic Tillamook Cheese Factory is 15 miles to the south. The attention and care taken to make this home comfortable, peaceful, and family-friendly shows, with stylish decor and a nice selection of books, games, and movies. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The listing clearly stated that if the "pets" search box was checked then the first dog was included with the rental cost. My search was conducted with the "pet" box checked. I double checked this at the time of booking. It also stated up to one additional dog cost $20/night. When I went to add an additional dog the rental company said that I had not been charged for the first dog initially so I had to pay for both. Again, this despite the very clear language in the description indicating the first dog was paid for. The dog fee also has a tax so the cost is actually $24/night. Wouldn't have booked if I knew it was an additional $100.

Best vacation home we have stayed in! Very comfortable with all the amenities we needed! Beautiful and quiet, Quick beach access. Front upper deck with fire table and rear deck BBQ. Comfy beds! Had it all! Thank you Ken & Renee!

I wish we could have stayed longer! The place is much better than the pictures. Very clean! Kitchen, fully stocked, and big enough for 3 women! Comfy beds. Steam sauna was amazing!! The outdoor fireplace on the front deck was perfect for hanging out with friends. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. And the access to the beach is right across the street. Needless to say, we will be back!

The location is perfect. Everything you need for your stay. The house was super clean. Will for sure book this house again. We was sad to leave. Loved the deck and again the location. Home away from home. Had a couple of maintenance things and the team guy was right there and super helpful. VACASA is for sure on top of all this. A+++ service. Thank you

The house was nice but there were ants on the first floor. I contacted Vacasa right away, they sent someone over to put bait outside the house. The ants were gone after couple days but my kids were a bit freaked out.

Overall the stay was nice. There are some things that needs to be changed to make it a perfect 5,
1) not a lot of pots and pans to cook with
2) no TV on the main level
3) little to none cookware
4) the door to the back of the house by the kitchen was in a super weird spot ( if the back door is open it blocks half of the stove top ) but if the door was opened the other way it would cover half of the dishwasher which would make more sense. But overall a nice place for 2-4 people. Beach was 5-10 min walk.

This had a great location and the house is a nice house, but it needs some upkeep—a couple of broken blinds, old carpet. These were things that don’t matter to the stay, but make me think I was paying more than I should.

Great house with amazing amenity!
Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. The pillows could've been comfier and that's the only complaint. The house is located across the beach + it has an amazing steam room! The kitchen is fully equipped but we had to buy our own salt and pepper. The rest was awesome.

Great for a quick stay
I had originally thought it was a little bit dingy, then realized it was just that it was a pet positive property (which i avoid).. with that knowledge it was fine for what it was. And its a great location for beach access, especially those who need a short trip. Brought my special needs daughter and she did fine on the stairs inside!

(Walls need cleaned or a fresh coat of paint, carpet stretched and cleaned-several very large stains, window blinds broken, bbq grill in pretty bad condition) Steam room downstairs was amazing. The first night we had no hot water. We called and someone was sent the next morning and we were told nothing was wrong. We had plenty of water the remaining stay. More pellets for the stove would have been nice. We had a fire at night as the temperatures dipped and ran out before the end of our stay. I would say our least favorite thing were the beds. They were not comfortable at all. Very low to the ground and just futon mattresses. Overall the property was enjoyable.

Easy beach access, abundant supply of towels and extra linen, good water pressure, sauna serves as an emergency bath area, good kitchen ware ( stainless steel cookware, appliances) dishwasher, cooking range etc., . All non- stick ware was worn out/peeling - need to be replaced.
CONS
Safety hazard ! - all areas where carpets interface tiles, have been nailed down and those protruding nails can shred soles if you were to walk on them.
Oughta fix this ASAP especially since you can't walk inside with footwear on.
Insufficient items - Only 1 kitchen towel roll, no face tissue, travel size dish soap
Hot water runs out pretty quickly
2-4 blinds missing in bedrooms and lower living room. Need to fix these or put curtains on to avoid light from flooding the rooms at dawn.

The beach is literally 50 feet away and has a view of the ocean between houses. Overall cute house and great location. The few pieces of furniture in the house are very uncomfortable, the carpet is stained badly and needs a good cleaning (very gross) — or really to be torn out and replaced with a nice engineered hardwood. The kitchen is sparsely appointed (the can opener doesn’t work and the dish washer doesn’t dissolve the soap), the window blinds are broken, the shower doors are off track and don’t stay closed in one of the bathrooms and there really isn’t any furniture on the patio to enjoy the view/sunshine or eat al fresco. There is a great steam shower, however the drain was full of hair. The listing says sleeps 7 but there isn’t anywhere for the extra 3 people to sit and they would be sleeping on stained futons.

It was nice to use after being at the beach. Overall this house could use some upgrading and a few more comfy places to sit, but it kept us warm and dry during these stormy few days at the beach.

Cozy Getaway
Close to Beach Access. All the essentials of home away from home. The Sauna was a nice bonus. We enjoyed cozying up in front of a fire in the pellet stove. We will definitely consider going back to this house in the future.

Wonderful summer vacation
This house was perfect for our mulit-family vacation. The steam sauna was a hit for all staying in the house. It was perfect to jump into after coming up from the beach. Thank you for our great stay!
