Very nice hotel and there staffs are accomodating. There staffs are not just Germany but mixed staff from different countries.
Some rooms as no fire extracted, which I believe they needs to work on that but for me they're good and friendly people to leaves with.

Very spacious room, good bathroom and shower, nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff (even to non-German speakers)
A kettle for boiling water would have been useful

Atricious on this weekend, health and safety hazard without hot water
location is good, not excellent but good as you need to seriously contend for parking or walk a mile or so.
No hot water which is a problem if you’re staying over a weekend with kids. What is really an issue is the attitude of staff which likely mirrors the attitude of the management. They basically don’t care at all. All you get is that it’s weekend. In this day and age you can’t get an engineer to sort out your systems Saturday or Sunday? I don’t think anyone will believe that, this is purely a money matter and that’s basically unacceptable for a hotel and it’s basically not fulfilling a contract. I’ll be following up on this one. The mattress on the master bed was very thin. You could feel the bed struts. Not hotel material. Not really adult material. The room wasn’t sufficiently clean. Not really one to complain but on this occasion this room was inadequately cleaned beforehand. The kitchenette is great to have but not if in poor repair. It was ok as we didn’t use it but it should just be taken care of, doesn’t cost much. The bin might as well go in the bin. Broken. Four people need four towels, it’s simple maths, not three towels because kids are small people not half people. There was a metal rod lying in the window. That shouldn’t be happening if this is supposed to be a family room. Kids do the weirdest things and such an item can prove to be deadly! Health and safety issue. Lack of due care which basically boils down to negligence really. Rooms should be checked. Kitchenette is a cute idea but a kettle would be better to be honest. Health and safety definitely an issue in the building. The stick down Lino on the stairs sticks up and just imagine what happens if a kid falls down them? I think this may even be a matter of disrepair that requires a mention to the Stadt as serious flaw there. Stayed here before and not had much to complain about but the first floor was a disaster this time around, totally. I don’t think this is even remotely just an off day. Maybe covid has caused standards to drop so badly that this hotel just doesn’t cut it anymore.

Very good
Clean and useful. We got a quadruple room with kitchenette wide and clean. The structure and style are not new but clean and functional. Position is good since close to parking area annexed to a shopping mall with supermarket open since 22.
