I liked the happy staff. In the room, there is a fan.

The rooms are very small. No rooms have windows and the shower place spills outside. They don't give you extra towels to help dry the wet floor. The rooms get trapped with heat.

Good

Location was perfect for us. Loved the hot water.

No cold water in sink at times. Step up into toilet area was very high and dangerous. No windows in room. Very small room. Heard every sound from front desk, guests in hallway and outside.

Close to the train station

Well, I could have expected the quality of the room after making a decision to book one of the cheapest hotels next to the train station ;) Bathroom and the shower were repulsive, the bed was uncomfortable, wall were thin like a paper, I woke up multiple times because someone was talking at the reception desk or watching tv in their room, the smell of the room was unpleasant - you had to turn on the air fan to get rid of it, however the fan itself looked like it’s going to fall down, so I turned it off when I went to sleep. Wifi password didn’t work.

Nice stopover spot to get the bus the next day

Comfy bed with nice bathroom and location is perfect for getting up and getting a bus the next day (5 minutes from bus station) Good value for money

No refillable water - you have to buy water bottles off them instead of refilling your own WiFi wasn't great in the room I was in

Exceptional

friendly reception staff, allowed me check in early, allowed me change room for a quieter location away from busy reception area. By chance I met the owners whom in reception whom at their own will gave me great info on laundry, restaurant and things to do in and around Puebla. Good location if you wish to stay close/next to main bus terminal, decent value for money too.

double bed was positioned away from wall sockets and light switches so not really easy to charge phone while using it whilst lying on bed, and had to get out of bed to switch lights off. Would suggest they reposition the bed to align with wall socket and light switch intended design.

For that money you can find much better option

Good beds

Very very small room. On the reception we had to wait about 20 minutes while they cleaned the room but were there around 9 pm.
