Close to beach and right at the night market.

Close to the night market. Price good
Dirty bedsheets, just 1 person spoke a little bit english, 4th floor and no lift, bed really hard, the staff was not really friendly sometimes, very small room

There are a lot of restaurant and food options close by. The night market is less than a block from the hotel. There are some restaurants where you can buy fresh seafood and have them cook it the way you like. I bought a half-kilo of squid for about USD $8.50 and had a great meal of it.
The river mouth is adjacent to the downtown area, so it's great for buying fresh seafood but not a good place to swim. The beaches close to downtown were rocky and had plastic trash on them.
