Located in Offenburg, this lovely condo for $112 per night is a great option for your next trip. The house Vogelsang 2016 was awarded by the German Tourist Board 4 stars. The attractive 4 room apartment with 95m² located on the first floor of our house. The apartment is bright, cozy and comfortable (new kitchenette 2016). The house is located on the edge of the Black Forest in the midst of vineyards (240 m./ NN.). An outstanding feature of our apartment is the magnificent view over Offenburg, the Rhine Valley up over the neighboring Alsace with the mountain range of the Vosges. The wine Fessenbach is a district of Offenburg, located 3.0 km from the city. So far away from traffic noise, yet close to the city with the known advantages. Not wrongly promotes our city with the slogan 'Offenburg the gateway to the Black Forest'. The well-appointed apartment has to content: living room with a sofa, chair, Smart TV with cable, stereo with CD player and telephone. 2 bedrooms (bed size 2,0 mx 1,90 m with adjustable grid) for max 4 persons. Kitchen with ceramic hob and fan assisted oven (AEG), dishwasher (Bosch), microwave, toaster, kettle, radio-CD player, blender, coffee / Senseo, dining table with 2 chairs and an upholstered corner seat. Bathroom with shower, WC. Game Nursery. The south-arranged balcony is equipped with a seating (4 chairs), 2 chairs and electric awning .. Here you can relax or take your breakfast, enjoy the panoramic view and your domicile to oasis will leave. For free disposal: sheets, towels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, broadband (W-LAN), telephone, dishwasher tablets, spices. Liquid soap and paper towels. A washing machine is against € 2.00 fee for shared use. Parking is located in front of the house. Please note: Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, pets are not allowed .. Our house is centrally located and is suitable for hiking and biking as well as for day trips by car. Many attractive destinations and attractions are within easy reach. Gengenbach with the historic Old Town, the open air museum Vogt farms in Gutach, the Dorotheenstadt glassworks in Wolfach, the Triberg Waterfalls, the Europa Park in Rust is a special experience for families with children. The entire Black Forest with its famous highlights -Mummelsee, Titisee, Schluchsee, the Feldberg with 1500 m / NN the highest mountain in the region, not to mention the many scenic spots are all worth a visit. Places like Freiburg, Baden Baden or the neighboring Alsace with the Metropole Strasbourg are recommended and can be reached in less than an hour. Have we piqued your interest? Sehr saubere große Wohnung, alle Geräte und die Einrichtung waren sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gleich willkommen und zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank an das Ehepaar Humpert.

direkt in der Natur und doch ganz nah an der Stadt
Die Ferienwohnung ist extrem sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und sich denken kann.
Die Betten /Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Eine absolut ruhige Lage mit einem unbezahlbaren Blick vom schönen großen Balkon. Man sieht Offenburg, die Rheinebene bis zu den Vogesen. Die Familie Humpert ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr gastfreundlich ; also Alles perfekt und jederzeit wieder !

Super schöne Ferienwohnung
In dieser Ferienwohnung kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen!!! Der Ausblick der Ferienwohnung ist einmalig und die Lage direkt am Weinberg lädt zu ausgiebigen Wanderungen ein.
Die Eheleute Humpert sind zudem ein unglaublich gastfreundliches Ehepaar. Während meines Aufenthaltes habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und auch meine Eltern, die mir spontan einen Besuch abgestattet haben, wurden super freundlich empfangen.
Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Sehr schöne saubere und geräumige FeWo
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, sind toll empfangen worden. Fam. Humpert hat uns super Informationen für unsere Auskünfte gegeben. Besonders möchten wir die Lage in den wunderschönen Weinbergen hervorheben. Vielen Dank aus Mecklenburg und Thüringen. Sehr zu empfehlen die Weinprobe im Weingut Renner. Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten.

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert
Wir waren mit unserer 4jährigen Tochter in Fessenbach bei Familie Humpert zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt war vorweg schon sehr freundlich, bei Anreise wurden wir herzlich vom Vermieter persönlich mit einer Flasche Wein aus der Region empfangen und durch die große Wohnung geführt. Dass das Elternschlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Das Mobiliar ist hochwertig und gepflegt, die Matratzen der Betten neuwertig und bequem. Lobend anzumerken ist unbedingt die makellose Sauberkeit in der gesamten Wohnung und die Ausstattung über das übliche Maß hinaus - von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern inklusive über Mülltüten, Toilettenpapier und Fön bis hin zu Tee, Kaffee (Filter- und Padmaschine) und Gewürzen ist an alles gedacht. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen - diesen Service übernimmt die liebe Hausherrin gegen ein kleines Entgelt. Der Vermieter war präsent und für alle Fragen offen.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wunderschön, es ist unbeschreiblich, in den Weinbergen spazieren zu gehen, die sich direkt vor der Haustür befinden. Um Tagesausflüge mit Kindern zu machen, empfiehlt es sich, mit dem Auto anzureisen. Dafür gibt es einen extra Parkplatz, der zwar nicht riesig ist, aber für unseren Hochdachkombi durchaus ausreichend.
Fazit: Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Schöne Lage
Ferienwohnung ist ein wenig abgewohnt. Möbel hat schon etliche Jahre hinter sich. Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Der ausgewiesene Parkplatz ist für ein größeres Auto SUV viel zu klein und zu eng.
Das beste an der Wohnung ist der Balkon mit dem herrlichen Blick in die Weinberge.

Tolle große Wohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung
Familie Humpert hat uns beim Check in freundlich empfangen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Die Wohnung bietet für 2 Personen mehr als genügend Platz. Die Einrichtung ist hell und freundlich. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Schön ist auch die große Essküche, die mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ist. Auf dem großen Balkon haben wir den Ausblick in die Weinberge und über Offenburg genossen. Das Haus liegt in Hanglage mit einem liebevoll angelegten Garten. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus (Anmerkung: für ein größeres Fahrzeug wie z.B. VW Bus ist der Parkplatz zu klein).
Fessenbach ist wunderschön mit seinen teilweisen alten Fachwerkhäusern und den Weinbergen in direkter Umgebung. Die Gegend ist ideal, um Ausflüge in den Schwarzwald oder in die Vogesen zu unternehmen. Wir haben täglich Ausflüge mit dem Motorrad oder den Fahrrädern in die wunderschöne Natur unternommen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und danken Familie Humpert für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt !!

Great Stay
Really Lovely property in a great location. We had a brilliant time visiting the Black Forest (first visit). The hosts were great and any questions we had they were able to answer. They were very nice and friendly as were all the other locals we met. This is a great base for exploring the Black Forest and would recommend to families.

We (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at Haus Vogelsang for 9 nights. We were welcomed by Mr and Mrs Humpert, who ensured we were at home and knew where to find everything. The house is very clean, very well equipped, very peaceful and has beautiful views. It is well located to visit the black forest and beyond. They also gave us lots of information about local towns and also local amenities. I would throroughly recommend a stay at Haus Vogelsang and very much hope we can return in the future.

A lovely stay at Haus Vogelsang
We (2 adults, 2 children) stayed at Haus Vogelsang for 9 nights. We were welcomed by Mr and Mrs Humpert, who ensured we were at home and knew where to find everything. Haus Vogelsang 26th January - 2nd February 2019
We stayed at Haus Vogelsang for a week following a family funeral in the north of Germany. We needed somewhere to relax and to restore our spirits and Haus Vogelsang was perfect. It is one of the most comfortable and best equipped holiday properties that we have ever stayed in. The weather was cold, but the apartment, with its wonderful views over the Rhine Valley, was always warm and cosy. It was ideal for a winter break, but must also be a beautiful place to stay in summer.
We know the area well and were able to visit places we have always loved. Even though many tourist attractions were closed, we enjoyed walking in the beautiful little towns and in the Kinzig Valley. The house is well-placed for both the town of Offenburg and the surrounding countryside. We would certainly recommend it and will aim to make a return visit ourselves in the future.

Lovely location with amazing views
The apartment is very spacious, beautifully presented and very well equipped for our family holiday, with friendly and welcoming hosts, who added little touches that make the stay memorable. Surrounded by vineyards with access to walks, cycle rides and a great local restaurant straight from the door. All of the main Black Forest sights are within an hour to an hour and a half drive, an whilst the apartment feels remote it has easy access to main highways. Would highly recommend, we had a fabulous holiday, so much to see and do.

We have enjoyed our stay in this house. The house is fine; good kitchen, fine bathroom and very pleasant and spacious balcony. Offenburg is close by with all amenities, the Black Forest is literally at your footstep and on walking distance.

We had a very nice stay with Eugene and Renate Humpert. Very nice, caring and helpful couple. Beautiful spacy (bed)rooms, big kitchen, good shower. Everything was complete. Nice and quiet area, quite close to the town centre, beautiful view on Offenburg and Vogezen mountains. Also our kids (12 & 14) enjoyed themselves. And only a 20 minutes drive to Europapark, perfect!

This is a fantastic apartment with stunning views across the Rhine valley towards France. The terrace was our most used room, for meals and an evening drink. Watching the sun set over France with glass in hand will be one of our lasting memories.
The house is well located. It's in a very quiet spot close to vineyards and the very good Weinstube Schuckshof (10 mins walk). The A5 is minutes away giving access north to Baden Baden (well worth the trip for the spa experience) and south to Freiburg for the museums. And of course the Schwarzwald. We did the very lovely (and touristy) Tittesee for lunch and a trip round the lake, but also managed to roam off the beaten track which is very rewarding. For tranquillity and beauty Glaswaldsee was hard to beat.
The wine cooperative in the very attractive town of Durbach is well worth seeking out; helpful anglophone staff and some exceedingly good wines.
The apartment itself is very spacious and immaculately kept; the gardens even more so; Eugen is quite some gardener. The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. 2 types of coffee machine) and the bedrooms comfortable. Two large sitting rooms would also have proved useful had the weather not treated us so well.
Finally, many thanks to Eugen and Renate who were very welcoming, helpful both on our arrival and during our stay. Eugen's English far outclassed my very old German, which proved useful when discussing where to go, what to see and do, and more importantly, wine.

Lovely apartment with amazing views
We had a very good 6 night stay at haus Vogelsang. Very nice friendly hosts who own a spotless spacious apartment with everything you need for a holiday supplied. The views from the balcony across offenburg & towards France were spectacular & a great backdrop for meals outside on the balcony. The spacious bedrooms are great with king size beds & lots of room. A well equipped kitchen is also a plus for this property. It is in a very quiet location situated within many vineyards which provide many places to walk from the property. We visited Europa park for 2 days whilst there which is only about 30 minutes easy drive. The local town of Offenburg is also nice with a good selection of shops & a market on Saturday mornings. We also visited the southern Black Forest which is very picturesque. Thanks again for a great stay & if you are thinking of booking you will not be disappointed

A super holiday home from which to explore the Black Forest
This was a lovely apartment for our holiday near the Black Forest, beautifully situated in the vineyards at the foot of tree-topped hills. Mr and Mrs Humpert were very welcoming and helpful. We had good opportunity to practice our German, although Mr Humpert also speaks English. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and spacious (only the kitchen work area was a little cramped). There were lots of personal touches that made it very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which had lovely views over the Rhine valley and the vineyards, and pretty birdsong to be heard. The name "Haus Vogelsang" was very appropriate! We would certainly return here on our next visit to the Black Forest.

Immaculately presented and well equipped apartment
We enjoyed our week in this comfortable and roomy apartment which is extremely well equipped and immaculately presented.
The apartment is well located near the city centre of Offenburg but in a tranquil area surrounded by vineyards and apple trees and is within easy driving distance of many attractive and historically fascinating towns. Eugen and Renate are delightful and very helpful hosts.
