Located in Joplin, this lovely house for $114 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to the heart of Joplin, our newly remodeled 2 bedroom home awaits you. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to hospitals, new medical school, MSSU, shopping, dining & more. It is complete with a beautiful sunroom which has a futon for extra guests, spacious formal dining room, with large table & seating for 6. The spacious kitchen you will find stocked with all the essentials, also 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other with 2 twin beds. (Also full size air mattress just in case) The sunroom which could be considered a 3rd bedroom has a fold out futon, with bedding underneath. Fenced in backyard, with chairs for relaxing and landscaping in the works. You will enjoy the neighborhood Walmart marketplace only one mile away. Enjoy a beautiful stroll at Cunningham Park nearby while the kids play on the large playground or basketball courts. We will accept pets on a case by case basis, just ask.

We stay often in Joplin and this was by far the best stay. So many thoightful touches. Great setup for families. Close to so many amenities. Our host was phenomenal.

We drove from California to Joplin and was pleasantly surprised that the description was exactly as described. Very comfortable home, close to the stores, nice yard and lots of parking. We even extended for an additional day and the owner responded very quick. Would definitely recommend and go back when or if the opportunity arises.

Overall the house was not bad the neighborhood was not bad. Police were called because my African American husband was collecting his tools in order to leave the neighbor showed pictures he had taken of us through the window of his home for the onwer. Pretty degrading and embarrassing to have the neighborhood watch wouldn't recommend this to anybody.

Quaint house with character. We had issues with the internet buffering and not working and we notified the property manager. We had concerns about the bathtub shower. The deep tub required a big step over to take a shower. There was no hand hold bar to assist either an adult or child. That is a question I will ask before renting again. It was a pleasant stay, pet friendly with a yard and outside chairs to enjoy it.

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in Joplin! It is nicely decorated with minimal fragile things around (important to us since we had a 6 year old and 3 year old). The beds were comfy and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The best part was all the amazing toys in the bedroom closet that entertained the kids for hours.

Loved the craftsman style house. Very nice inside Clarissa was easy to communicate with and everything was great. Close to the hospital we needed to go to with mother in law .

After a long drive from Minnesota it was so nice to arrive at this cute house in Joplin, MO. Everything went smooth with access and communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean, well maintained and set up with all the big and little things that you would need. Also, many brochures for local things to do as well as places to eat. To bad we only had one day, the house would is as perfect as a "home base" for the area. Highly recomended!!

We were in town for a DI competition going on in Carl Junction. It was close enough to drive there yet close to Joplin to still do things. Was a nice place and the communication with owner was awesome!

This was the perfect house for my son and I. The fenced in yard was great for my son and our dog. The house was clean and made it very easy/comfortable being away from home. The price was excellent and communication was amazing! If I ever need a place to stay in Joplin i know where I will be booking!

My husband's family lives in the Joplin area. Normally, we fly from California. This year, we opted to road trip with our dogs. The property was great. I never want to stay in a local hotel again! The yard is perfect for the dogs, the interior is nicely decorated and welcoming, and the kitchen well appointed. Shopping and restaurants of all types are within just a few minutes drive. We are already going to rebook for a May graduation and for next Christmas!
