The toilets showers sheets rooms and bed linen were clean. Heating good. The lady at reception was very friendly. Shared kitchen clean. Parking out on road but not a problem to get a park and not far to walk. Will be back. Well done.

I didn't like the fact that the place was the same old warn out carpet, cupboards, beds, lounge room, bathroom as it was 20 odd years ago and that the bed covers appeared to be the same as 20 years ago. Sills etc were dirty.
I didn't like the fact that the only thing different was the 15% increase in the price for such poor accomodation.

Budget accommodation but excellent value for money. Location was excellent; close to a variety of eating venues, and practically next door to coach terminal and tourist info office.
No complaints at all.

Some long term workers there. Very helpful and other guests.
Only downfall room was small and corridor could be a bit noisy sometimes.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking appliances.
The bedroom was very noisy, the exit door could not be closed outside my door and banged all Saturday night. There was an animal outside my window going through rubbish in the early hours from 2-5a.m There should be a bench in the shower, so you can place your toiletries bag on it.
I thought it was overpriced for the quality of the room.

The location its across the alley way from the bus stop for N S W Trainlink as for the lodge itself i found it very comfortable and Quiet bed was good
The stove in the kitchen did not know how to start it because you had to press buttons using your fingers
