This additional payment is not included in the total quoted here on the site and will be added in a separate payment request after booking. IN THE EVENT THE BOOKING IS NOT APPROVED AND THE SURCHARGE IS NOT PAID within 24 hours of payment request, GUESTS MUST CANCEL THE BOOKING. By the Vines in Beautiful Niagara on the Lake Ontario Canada is a fully equipped and meticulously maintained, air-conditioned home featuring three tastefully decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms and a family/games room with a modern open concept family friendly floorplan. Our backyard is an oasis for fun and relaxation. Two of the beautifully appointed bedrooms, with queen size beds, are located on the main floor. The third bedroom, featuring 2 long twin size beds, is located within the open concept lower level. The large, bright and appealing living room invites you to relax, read a book, enjoy a movie or your favourite show on the audio/video centre, or surf the net through the High Speed WIFI. The main floor audio/video centre is equipped with Large screen LCD TV, digital cable, DVD and radio with CD and a Bose audio docking station with lightning connector (iphone 5 and higher). We also provide our guests with access to Netflix, PrimeVideo and Crave TV through our AppleTV The spacious, open concept kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and all of the comforts of home while the bright, cheerful, spacious and open concept dining area has a walkout to a large deck complete with patio furnishing gas BBQ and lovely garden area, our rear yard also backs onto the vineyards and orchards of Josephs Estate Winery, Niagara on the Lake Ontario. After enjoying a fabulous meal prepared in our gourmet kitchen you and you family and guests can take a relaxing stroll through the vineyards of Josephs Estate Winery or make you way down the walking/Cycling trail towards the Old Town past Stratus Vineyards and Jackson Triggs amongst others as the perfect ending to a great day in Niagara on the Lake. The family/games room is equipped with cable, a large screen LCD TV, DVD Player, internet, Bumper pool and various family and board games. A pull-out couch and a laundry area, with washer and dryer, are additional amenities. We have recently added a fully functional HP desktop computer complete with LCD flat screen monitor on the lower level, either connect to the internet on your laptop via our high speed wireless internet access, or use our computer to surf the web. Netflix and Amazon Prime video are included along with digital cable access. The private backyard is an amazing space which includes several amenities including a large wooden deck complete with sitting area, patio table with umbrella and chairs and a natural gas Weber BBQ. In addition we also feature an outdoor covered bar area with stools, granite countertops and colourful LED lighting. There is an amazing Gas Fire Table with Muskoka Chairs (Adirondack chairs) we have installed a clear glass wind screen on the fire table to safety and functionality. And lastly we have a giant oversized hammock for those afternoon naps in the shade of the mature trees! We also provide a selection of Free and discounted tasting certificates to several of the local Niagara Region wineries * As per local licensing and By-Law requirements, guests are required to submit a list of the full names of all guests, their home addresses and home telephone numbers, and the make, model, license plate number of province or state of registration for each guest prior to arrival, this information is required to be kept in a log and to be made available to the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake for inspection upon request. Any guest failing to provide this info prior to arrival shall forfeit their stay and no refund will be provided.

Our stay was for only one night, but still cheaper than a hotel and waaaaay nicer. An amazing house and back yard. I can only imagine how great it would be in the summer.

Wish a reviewer would have written about this house being very, very close to the road. Entering & exiting the drive is tricky. You can hear cars, and emergency vehicles wizzing by 24/7. The house and kitchen was outfitted with all the things we expected. The back yard is filled with fun seating arrangements. 2 of our group stayed in a twin bed room downstairs. The only bathroom downstairs is a large distance from the bedroom, rough for many of us who get up during the night.

Perfect place for a girls trip. There was plenty of space for our group of four. House was very clean and spacious, and beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor living area. Location was very convenient to Niagara on the Lake, many wineries, breweries, and a short drive to Niagara Falls. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it. The house was super clean and very cozy. It was the hottest recorded day and it was nice to have air conditioning. We biked to the main downtown street on a pathway from the house and visited so many vineyards and amazing restaurants. It's a very convenient location and we would definitely come back again and rent this house. We were only 4 of us so we didn't even get to use the large basement and extra bedroom but it looked very comfortable and cool on a hot day. Thank you for our lovely stay. A very small comment about the back patio: The back deck was really nice with cozy seating but we didn't get to take full advantage of it as the cushions were all out when we arrived and soaking wet. We went to take them out to put in the sun to dry but then there was so much debris, rotten leaves from the vines and trees on top and underneath cushions, that we just left it and didn't sit there. The house was absolutely spotless but the seating outside could have used some attention. Not something to alter our decision to rent it again but definitely something for the owner/cleaner to address for the next guests.

I went with a group of 4 girls for a Bachelorette winery tour. We were so incredibly pleased this this home. So clean and lots of room for the four of us to relax. The beds were really comfortable. We're thinking of booking again in the fall here and staying an extra night to enjoy the fire pit.

Photos don’t do this property justice. It’s beautiful and so comfortable. Husbands watched games upstairs while wives watched movies downstairs. We are all mattress snobs and we’re impressed! Kitchen well stocked, bathrooms clean, frankly everything was clean. The property is well located and easy to access. LOVED OUR STAY!!

The home is very welcoming, nicely decorated and has everything you will need for your stay. While it was Fall and very cold when we visited, the home has a great backyard with lots of patio space, a hammock and fun games. There was lots of space for our group of 6. They have thought of everything for your stay from a full kitchen to games, entertainment and relaxing areas to enjoy. We really felt at home and can't wait to book again. The area of Niagara on the Lake is truly beautiful and a must see.

Scott’s property felt just like home. Cozy gathering areas both inside and out. We were lucky to have great weather for late October so we took advantage of the comfortable seating area in the back yard. The house is well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were luxurious. The location is perfect and close to the shops, wineries and restaurants. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night but will definitely return for a longer stay to take advantage of the biking routes and winery tours. A perfect place to reconnect with friends. Scott was a great host and easy to communicate with. Cheers!

Great location for visiting vineyards, relaxing in the backyard on sunny days and in the house on rainy days. Kitchen has everything you need. Perfect size bedrooms. The home was very clean and tastefully upgraded. The modern and square kitchen table was perfect for our games night. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. We also loved the yard with the fire pit, patio area, bar area, and hammock. The location was perfect for a wine tour in the Niagara Region. The host was quick to respond and check-in was very easy with the code and keypad. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in the Niagara Area. We hope to book it again in the near future.
