Die Wohnung ist schön, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Terassen sind ein echtes Plus.

Für sechs Personen könnte es eng werden, es sei denn das Wetter erlaubt die ständige Benutzung der großen Terasse. Wir haben die Wohnung unter anderem wegen der Strandnähe gewählt: Der Strand ist aber eine einzige Baustelle, bis auf vielleicht 100 Meter direkt neben den Baggern und LKWs. Und um die Wohnung herum werden auch neue Gebäude gebaut, was natürlich auch den Lärmpegel beeinflusst.

This was the best airb&b I have ever stayed in. Immaculately clean and has every single thing you could possibly need. Very comfortable and cool on hot days. The terrace is phenomenal, a private place to enjoy stunning views of the best beach in Split. Host is very friendly, helpful and fast to respond to all questions. Accomodated a later check-out so graciously. WiFi is excellent, netflix was a surprise bonus. Very easy to find and access. A very short uber ride away from all the main attractions in Split. Located in a peaceful area but still very close to everything. I absolutely loved my stay here and didn't want to leave. It's the perfect place!

Lovely apartment close to a great beach! The terrace was wonderful.

The property was situated in a great location only a short walk to the beach and 3 supermarkets, surrounded by fabulous restaurants and beach clubs. While being situated in a more quiet area it was still only a short taxi ride into the city centre so it allowed our group to have the best of both. It contained everything our group could ever have needed during our stay with plenty of outdoor and indoor space for 6 guests. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly, they came up with great recommendations of what to do in the surrounding areas and where fast responding to any queries had.

The apartment was just as nice as advertised. The 3 bedrooms are small but had plenty of space for a couple for a week or a few days. Has two terraces; one big one and one small. Also a great location as it's about a 10 min walk from the beach, and a very easy and short uber or taxi ride into the old city. It was very clean upon arrival, and the host is very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Will definitely be staying here again!

The only note I have is maybe an umbrella or two for the big terrace. On the really hot days it was tough to sit out there for long since there was no shade. But other than that small thing, no complaints at all. Even without that, this place is well worth it for a trip to Split!

The location was very good, close to the beach, but possible also to walk to the old town (if you enjoy long walks) the host was fantastic, very helpful, we really felt well taken care if. Excellent communication, beautiful modern appartment with stunning view. And there is private parking which was important for us.
