Average. Would never have stayed in Annamalai if had some other choice.

Paid Breakfast was offered. Nothing special, & hence I did not avail it. Overall stay experience was average.

The Staff posted on Roof-Top Swimming Pool was rude to the Guests, who were inadvertently visiting, & There was some kind of Private Party going on, where Hotel Guests were not supposed to go, but were not informed beforehand. I could also feel some kind of prejudice against North Indians in the behaviour of Hotel Staff - the same old Tamil vs Non-Tamil Speaking disparity.

Once the renovations are finished this might be nice although it’s not a picturesque part of town.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Bed comfortable.

There were pneumatic drills from early morning in the corridor due to building work we were not informed about. The pool was filthy probably because to access it you had to go through the building site so it wasn’t being cleaned- the pool was the main reason we chose this hotel. Room service sometimes got orders correct, sometimes not. Once the building works are finished this will be a nice hotel & although it’s not in the tourist part of town Tuk Tuks are right outside and take about ten minutes to the seafront.

All staff behaviour was very polite and helpful and the food served in the hotel inside is awesome, very tasty and high quality food.

Bad. Too bad for the price.

My family members

Bad housekeeping, had to ask for towels, then dry towels, cups, cleaning the toilet, nothing done on their own on both days. Poor hygiene - got a used kettle in the room, bathroom smelt like gutter I just remembered, they never gave us our welcome drink as written. Oh and they'll grab all the money when you first enter and then not care about the service given to you. So much for a HOSPITALITY BUSINESS

Room cleanliness, Cleaning staff, Proximity to many interesting places and parking.

Improvement required in Breakfast. No fresh Dosa and Omlette available. Whatever was in Buffet is usually cold. Many items are not immediately replaced. We have complain and request.

Staff were all good. Specially security guards, the porters and the Room service staff. Rooms were maintained tidy and clean. And to the best its in the center of the city. All things nearby.

I booked for a single room with a double bed but instead they gave two individual beds. When asked they said its subject to availability. I think they should tell this after booking confirmation. So anyone booking,Just kindly write whatever u want in the special request. Then only they will take into consideration ur needs and will do the needfull. And items can be added in breakfast buffet. Variety seems to be less. And in case of non-vegetarian its way too less. No live counters. So the omlete available becomes hard. These two points need to be worked out. But regardless, the breakfast prepared is tasty and i loved the sambaar and wadas. Had no issues with taste and service. It was worth a stay at the hotel. I could recommend to anyone.

Very poor

The Hotel was good and would not recommend booking through Booking.com. Online booked 8 rooms were booked and it was waste of Money and we used only 4 rooms. we needed only 4 rooms but online booked 8 rooms and it was waste of Money and rooms. The Booking.com people didn't reach us and explained why it booked 8 rooms. Please don;t use Booking.com for booking any more rooms online. There is no update from them.

Overall, it was a good experience

Overall, the stay was good. The rooms were clean.

Pool facility should be open till 8:00 PM. There could be miss option added to the breakfast menu.
