The rooms were clean and the hotel design is nice. They have a terrace very nice where you can stay and relax. It is pretty close to the beach and tha staff from restaurant are so nice and carefull, ready to help you with everything and make your meal very pleasent. The 6 was an avarage of 10 for the two guys from the restaurant and a 2 for the rest.

So many things were not ok: - the room with a view for which we paid 200+ euros extra were not the same as the one presented in the photos from the room chossen on booking. We got a room with so small view to the sea and almost entire view to the hotel next door. If I am paying for something shown in pictures I am expected to get that. I needed to wait one day to get the room I booked, and only one room was changed because for the other one with same problem we needed to wait more days. - not all the prices from the meniu are updated. When we got the check, the beers were more expensive than in the menu. Apparently the owner does not have enough time to change the menus. - the breakfest is not buffett. You are getting a menu with so little options and asked to choose something from there. And this is not mentioned anywhere. The variaty of the breakfast does not exists. Same things every day. - pay extra attention to what they are charging you extra from mini bar. At the end they wanted from us to pay for 4 youghurts and 1 energy drink that we did not consume. They didn’t put them in the fridge from the first day, brought them the second day and pretend for us to pay them. After many explanations they said it is fine not to pay so it was obvious they put them on porpuse to see if it is working. - in the last day we did the check-out and then we took the breakfast. While staying in the restaurant the receptionist came to us asking if we took “wrongly” a towel cause it is missing from the room. I told him the guy from cleaning entered in the room before I could even do the check-out and took them. They didn’t get it. I went back to the reception and there they pretended there are two towels missing from other two rooms from our group, not as they said at first. BE VERY CAREFULL. They are putting different numbers of towels and then pretending you took one.

Nice spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, near the beach, a great restaurant on site. Caring friendly staff.

Staff were very accommodating, and even changed the mattress upon request (the mattress was really very soft, and we requested a firmer mattress instead). Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower in the bathroom does not have any barrier/wall, so water gets all over the floor. I found this really messy and inconvenient. The elevator in the hotel was not functioning so this was also rather inconvenient. The sea view from our room was somewhat obstructed by the building in front of us.

We felt extraordinarily good at the hotel! The services exceeded our expectations! Besides the impeccably clean rooms that awaited us every day, what really made us feel special, were the two guys at the bar, Xhoni and Gerti, who came to our souls through kindness, professionalism and devotion. We thank the two in particular and we will definitely be back!

The location is great, a bit far from noisy center with lots of restaurants and night clubs but still lots of wonderful places where you can eat. Stuff is very helpful and kind. Breakfasts are very tasty and coffee is excellent. Special thanks to kitchen and bar stuff ❤️
