Nestled in Rockbridge County, this lovely cabin for $330 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Located just 5 miles from Lexington, Virginia, Washington & Lee University, Virginia Military Institute and the Virginia Horse Center. Situated in tranquil seclusion on 96 acres of woods, but minutes from Interstates 81 and 64. Master suite with jacuzzi. Second bedroom with queen bed and private full bath. Third queen Murphy bed in loft. Living room has large screen cable television and fireplace. High speed internet. Full kitchen. Full laundry. We do not have a doorbell camera or surveillance at the cabin. We do have a camera at the road entry to the property. This is .6 miles from the cabin.

The cabin was everything I hoped it to be! My husband and had a wonderful weekend. Clean, cozy, close to local activities and restaurants. The views were dreamy and I had my ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of normal life.

This cottage is really a place away from the rat race ! Secluded, comfortable, tastefully decorated with an interesting array of figurines and collectibles! Beautiful views from the wrap around deck. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely breakfast nook ! Though tucked away from the world, it's only minutes to town. The hosts, Dave & Susan ,went over the top to make this a fabulous Christmas trip!Would definitely recommend this Vrbo !!

This was a perfect Thanksgiving getaway! The views from every window were amazing. We enjoyed being surrounded by deer and turkey. The cabin is beautiful, we will be back! Thank you for sharing Susan & David.

This cabin was perfect for our stay in the Blue Ridge mountains. Hosts were very accommodating & checked to make sure everything was great for our stay. Wonderful secluded location in the woods but also convenient to everything we wanted to do in nearby Lexington, VA.

This cabin sits in a great location. The host contacted us making sure we arrived ok. This is a very nice place to stay, we will definitely be staying here again. The first night we saw a momma bear with three cubs.

One of the reasons we chose to stay here was because of the great reviews and they are spot on. The location is great, secluded but very close to grocery and an easy drive to the universities. The house was extremely clean. We really enjoyed our stay and communication was great. Would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting VMI or W&L.

A very nice property that is away from crowds and traffic. It was great to sit on the porch and have a morning cup of coffee and take in the scenery. A must stay!

This was a great stay! The home was just as described, and looked even better in person than the pictures. They just can't do it justice. This was roughly 15 minutes from the Virginia Horse Center, perfect for our Vaulting Competition. It was peaceful and very well cared for. It had everything we needed - a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, and laundry.
It had two very well appointed bedrooms and baths. The downstairs bedroom was located near the door. The owners were sweet enough to set up the Murphy bed, which was great, because that's exactly where our daughter wanted to sleep.
The owners were great, and were incredibly responsive. We can't thank them enough! Such a great stay for such a busy weekend.

We enjoyed a very peaceful stay in this newly appointed, fully furnished and very clean cabin. The beds were beautifully decorated and comfy! We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a snack basket and soft drinks in the fridge. We will be back!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you need. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door with snacks, soft drinks, k-cups for the Keurig coffee maker and even fresh flowers on the tables. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching all of the wildlife around the cabin, a trip to Natural Bridge State Park and walking the area trails the owner recommended. You won’t be disappointed if you book this cabin. It’s a beautiful luxurious cabin in the woods with very thoughtful hosts! We definitely would stay here again!

This was a short family get away with our kids during their spring break. Boy did we love this property. The cabin was very clean and so cozy. It was well stocked with necessities which is nice (saves time and room on packing). The owner was very helpful. We had some high winds in the area, he checked in with us a few times to make sure we were okay and the drive way was clear for us to get in and out. We really appreciated that.
My boys love to hunt and the outdoors so they were loving the property where they saw plenty of deer, wild turkeys and a black bear. We all enjoyed this trip and cabin. We highly recommend it and would love to return in the near future.

This cabin exceeded our expectations. The seclusion was great yet there are stores nearby to pick up supplies. The host was very responsive and sincere. We already booked our next trip and cannot wait to get back there.

Everything was perfect! Even more beautiful than we expected.! If you are looking for a private location but close to town, this is your booking! They thought of every detail; snacks, drinks, Valentines Day fresh flowers, robes, shampoo & conditioner. We loved the gas fireplace and big cozy couch. Stop looking and book this one!!

The pictures don’t give this cabin justice! It was a dream to stay, everything I wanted in a dream cabin and more! My girlfriend now Fiancé was blown away by the cabin, every detail perfection. Dave was an amazing host, quick to reply and helping me with alittle extra. Honestly after all the places we have stayed this was 1 we said “we want to make this our home away from home” go out to the cabin atleast couple times a year. Beautiful, gorgeous and all between this cabin experience was set far away from others in its own class! Thank you Dave and Susan

This is such an amazing property in a secluded but accessible location. The owner was a great communicator and everything you can possibly need is included. The beds were super comfortable and the property is close to great hiking trails.

There’s no way to rate our stay high enough. This is our second time staying at this property. The house is immaculate! Love the location and it’s so easy to get to when we are visiting our son at VMI. Highly recommend!

This is my second 5 star review We just wrapped up our third stay at the Cabin and are planning our fourth. Dave is a consummate host, with thoughtful touches throughout. He really gives a lot of thought to what guests may need while away from home. The location is perfect, we (especially our daughter) love saying hi to the deer that visit us each morning, and the accommodations are top notch. We really do feel at home when we’re staying at the Cabin, and it’s hard to leave when it’s time to go.

This rental is the perfect cabin retreat in the Shenandoah/Blue Ridge area. The craftmanship and decorating details of the cabin are outstanding with the spa-quality master bedroom and bath. The hosts have gone above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the treat basket to the plush bath robes. This was my fourth VRBO rental in 2022 and the first to get a "Wow" rating.

This was a fantastic place to spend an extended weekend. My family of five had a blast with the extremely clean and fully-furnished cabin. It is a very isolated location at the top of the hill. It feels like you wouldn’t run into anyone other than deer and squirrels for miles. Very peaceful and highly recommend.

My family and a couple friends came to Lexington for parents weekend at VMI. The cabin was a great option for us. It took about 15 minutes to get to town, so it was easy for us to go back and forth. The cabin is super cozy and private. We were very comfortable. Dave made himself very available for us!

We all loved the property. The weekend stay was for a wedding in the Lexington area. We would stay again. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house is remote, quiet, and peaceful. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the snacks and drinks - thank you. Would stay again if in the area. The only regret is that I did not take the time to walk in the woods.

Loved it! The cabin was clean, well furnished, and well maintained. Sheets, towels, and even snacks were furnished for us so we didn't have to worry about anything. Highly recommend this place for a country getaway!

My husband and I rented this cabin while visiting Lexington to attend the Andalusian horse show at the Virginia Horse Center. Everything about the property and cabin was perfect. The fresh flowers on the tables, the fluffy white robes, and other personal touches were very nice. Check in and check out were so easy. We will be returning in the future!! Best VRBO ever.
