Still Waters is a professionally decorated home with 10' ceilings on the main floor setting up a perfect backdrop to the upscale decor. 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, separate children's play floor on 3rd floor and extra sleeping area in the tower. First Floor: Living Room, Dining Room, Downstairs Master King Bedroom with private Full Bath, Gourmet Kitchen, Half bath and Laundry. 2nd Floor: Master King Bedroom Room with large private Master Bath with soaking tub and shower; Guest Room with Queen/Twin and private Full Bath; Queen Bedroom with private Full Bath 3rd Floor: Kids Play Room: TV, Table/Chairs, Reading nook, game system Tower: Queen Bed with beautiful views Property was completed in 2019 and includes your own Private heated pool! Beach service with 4 padded chaise lounge chairs/2 umbrellas are included in your rental as well as multiple aluminum beach chairs for your use. We are centrally located, just steps to the beach and no golf cart is needed. Bicycle rental is available in downtown Carillon. Minimum age to book this property is 30, Non smoking only, Pets not permitted due to to severe owner allergies. PLEASE INCLUDE NAMES AND AGES OF ALL GUESTS IN YOUR INQUIRY. Please note: The guesthouse on the property will be blocked from rental during your stay, offering your family/friends an exclusive, private retreat. About Carillon Carillon Beach is a luxurious, southern coastal, community that has been featured in Southern Living and Coastal Living Magazines. No more dodging traffic on busy 30A to get to the beach. The entire gated community is south of 98 with no busy thoroughfares. Carillon Beach hosts a prime location just 2 miles east of Rosemary beach and 6 miles from Pier Park. The neighborhood is a paradise with 3 pools, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, weekly summer concerts, restaurants and more. Daily Delta and Southwest flights into the nearby international airport allow you to begin relaxing just 20 minutes after touchdown.

Relaxing Vacation
I stayed at the house with my husband, 4 year old daughter, mother and mother in law. The house was beautiful, spacious and had a lot of amenities. My daughter loved the playroom and enjoyed playing with the games provided. All the TVs had netflix, prime, etc...what a perk! The beach and community were not overcrowded like other areas and had great places to walk. It was a very relaxing and low-key stay. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect in every way!
The best of the best. Our family loved our stay at Still Waters. The decor is stunning and the house was large enough for our family of eight of spread out. We’ve stayed at several homes in Carillon and so far Still Waters has been our favorite. We all enjoyed the heated pool at night during our October stay and the beach was just 2 houses away. The owner, Kim, texted to make sure everything was perfect and she exuded Southern hospitality. We will be back!

Great Time Away!
Thank you Mrs. Mitchell for welcoming us into your beautiful home in Carillon! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need, the bathrooms provided the things that you might have forgotten and the house had enough room for us to spread out, but had enough seating so that we could all be together as well. Mrs. Mitchell also texted throughout our stay to check on things and to make sure we had found the games to keep us busy during the rainy day. We had the best time and didn't want to leave! We will be back!!!

LOVED our stay!
We love this home! It’s beautifully decorated and they thought well about designing it for renters! The location is fantastic. The owner was easy to communicate with and available at any time for questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Fall Break Vacation
Still Waters was the perfect house for our family vacation. We always enjoy our stays in Carillon. We have stayed in many houses but Still Waters is our new favorite. The house has a great layout and is only steps to the beach walkover. Kim has thought of everything and her attention to detail made our stay easy and comfortable. The heated dipping pool with the waterfall fountain made the cooler evenings so enjoyable!
In addition, Kim is easy to work with and is very accommodating. We look forward to returning to Still Waters again!
