Very good for a longer stay

Bed was very comfy and the window was well sound-proofed - there was a night and day difference between sleeping with it open and closed (mainly because a nearby church's bells). The location is a bit far away from the centre of Zadar but very close to the line 7 bus stop connecting it to the city - a very punctual line. There's also a supermarket very close to the guesthouse. Kitchen was well equipped, there's everything I needed to make food every day. The host was very accommodating, kind and helpful :)

A few more sockets or additional power strip could be helpful and limit plugging and unplugging of devices.

Great apartment with a local living experience in Zadar.

Helpful and attentive host, who provided great recommendations and information regarding Zadar. All facilities were in working order and the apartment was clean on arrival. The room felt private and the balcony was a nice addition (mosquito repellant is essential). Good location if you don't mind a small commute and to feel more local in the area. Local supermarket is handy offering the essentials when not traveling to the centre.

A toaster would be a great addition to the room, provides more variety to the kitchen area. The bathroom has little ventilation and a strange smell began which persisted for the duration of the stay. General wear and tear like grouting, bedside lamp was ripped and holes in the insect door which made us keep it closed completely. Also, the chairs and stools were too short to eat at the kitchen bench. We were also woken up around 7am a couple of mornings by loud noises/ talking and running up and down the stairs.

Nice studio, with all the necessary facilities and a cute little terrace. The host was very nice and helpful. Easy parking if you 're by car.

The neighborhood is a bit far from the city center and there's nothing special around (except from a big supermarket). Connection to the city center is by bus but the buses are not very punctual.

Very nice apartment with one of the most attentive hosts I've ever encountered. It's quite far from the city center, but there is fine bus connection and inexpensive Bolt which gets you to the center in no more than 15 minutes. I can definitely recommend it to anyone!

It was a cozy little studio in a quiet neighborhood. The host was really nice and helpful. I especially loved the shower

It was a little far from the city center (more then 1 hour) but you have a bus station near, so after all, it was perfect

We had a very nice stay, the room was very clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The landlady is super kind - Mrs Ivana helped us a lot with understanding public transport in Zadar and recommended places we can visit - also she speaks Polish :)

The place was very clean, and convenient. Place and neighbourhood is quite and calm. The owner is super friendly and helpful.

It is a bit further away from the centre, but there is a bus stop nearby, so it's definitely not a problem.

Helpfulness

I absolutely appreciated the host's kindness and helpfulness. She even drived me to a pharmacy at night when I needed to get medicine. I'm grateful that she helped me out when I needed something. The place is really clean and well equipped. I truly recommend you to stay there. :)

The only thing that I didn't like was that it was about an hour from the city center. But there is a bus station nearby and the price is fine.

supermarket within 200 meters .... enuf for breakfast ;-) friendly hostess, adviced us about neighborhood (including parking) 'own' parking

Touristic heart of Zadar, a bit too crowded FOR OUR LIKING visit KRKA NP with fall was splendid. Lunched in the city....CHECK your prawns, halve of the intestinal tract NOT cleaned so we gave it back (and didn't pay)
