The location was perfect, situated near all the exciting attractions and at an affordable price. However, the room didn't quite match the picture I saw on booking.com but it had its own unique charm.

The room temperature. It seemed like the heaters were on a mission to keep the room at a toasty 23 degrees Celsius, even when I opened the windows to let in some fresh air. It became a comical battle of trying to find the right balance between warmth and coolness.

The room and possibility open your windows. The relax room downstairs - with coffee and/or tea - a nice environment.

The entrance, a bit unclear how to enter - Yes, after a while you notice you should use the bell. But could be clearer for visitors.

Clean hotel, big room, self check in and check out, modern, walking distance to city center, multiple breakfast opportunities around the corner. Great!

The location is good and we liked the watermeter in the shower. Very enlightening… the quirky texts around the hotel were funny.

The complete lack of a personal touch. We did not meet a single staff member. We did not like the room at all. No atmosphere at all. it’s like a hospital room.

Love it here. My choice every time I come to Maastricht. The hotel has a fantastic feel to it, we appreciate the drinks and fruit that are available for no charge and just love the general vibe.

Great hotel! I would return next time I'm in Maastricht.

The room and hotel facilities were great! Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect. Accessible to everything by foot yet very quiet and relaxing.

Awesome styling, walking around is a real experience, but not so comfy beds.

Really liked the hotel setting, the vintage elements, the hangouts, the funny lyrics. The free capp were really nice. The breakfastbags as well!

The beds, which honestly is the most important thing for me to comment on. The matrasses were hard, blankets stiff and cheap fabric. The shower was too small, I couldn’t wash my hair without knocking my arms against the door. A walk in with a curtain would have been better than this.
