Perfect apartment in the city center and in front of the beach. The apartment has everything. Especially the 2 terraces are perfect and offer a great view to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and the owners have been very kind and welcoming.

Wir waren im Mai 22 dort. Die Unterkunft ist in jeder Hinsicht nicht zu toppen. Es faengt an mit der super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Begruessung durch die Schwester des Vermieters. Der grandiose Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, die Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist modern und vollstaendig. Kurz, besser geht nicht.

Sehr schöne Altstadtwohnung in Loano
Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer besonderen Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Alle Wege sind kurz . Nachts ist es etwas lauter, aber für die Altstadt akzeptabel . Wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen . Wir würden sofort gerne wiederkommen.

Jeden Morgen Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf's Meer - besser kann ein Tag nicht starten!
Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial, Auto braucht man für seinen Aufenthalt nicht wirklich - es ist quasi alles direkt vor der Tür.
Domenico und seine Schwester Marcella haben uns herzlich empfangen, waren super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Loano verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Für uns die perfekte Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist klasse! Groß, sauber und toll gelegen. Für das tägliche Leben benötigt man überhaupt kein Auto. Klar, wenn man mitten in de Altstadt ist, dann hört man da auch Menschen auf den Straßen, aber das weiß man in Vorraus. Wir fanden es jedenfalls sehr schön nach so langer Zeit endlich wieder Leben auf und in den Straßen zu erleben, do wie es noch vor 2 Jahren war. Danke auch an Domenico und seine Schwester alles hat wunderbar geklappt!

Superaufenthalt
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der grosszügigen Ferienwohnung verbracht! Wir konnten immer auf der Terrasse essen mit Superaussicht aufs Meer! Das Auto konnten wir stehen lassen, es gibt im Städtchen alles für den täglichen Bedarf! Pasta, Pizza und Gelati kriegt man alles in der Fussgängerzone gleich vor dem Haus!

Die Wohnung ist live noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr geräumig und sauber. In der modernen Küche findet man alles was man benötigt. Das absolute highlight war für uns die Terrasse mit Esstisch, 2 Liegen und traumhafter Aussicht. Unser Gastgeber Domenico und seine Schwester Marcella haben uns herzlich empfangen, waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Soggiorno nel cuore di Loano
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento per una settimana. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la grande terrazza sul mare, attrezzata con tavolino, sedie e lettini, e l'ampio attico con camera, bagno, salotto e terrazzino. Ottima la posizione, comoda al mare e al centro del paese. Domenico e Marcella sono stati da subito accoglienti e disponibili.
Aspetti meno positivi: i rumori notturni provenienti dalla via sottostante e la mancanza dell'ascensore.
Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene e, se avremo l'occasione, ci torneremo volentieri!

Mare e Smart working
Ho soggiornato una settimana in questa meravigliosa casa per fare Smart working guardando il mare dal terrazzo ed essere in spiaggia in due minuti.Posizione perfetta. casa completa di ogni comfort, Domenico, sua sorella e la mamma sono delle persone gentilissime e molto disponibili. La doppia esposizione della casa (mare-budello) consente di avere la casa fresca giorno e notte.

Alles wie erwartet - Super Urlaub
Wir (zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder 5,9,11) sind spontan auf die Wohnung von Domenico gestoßen und haben uns für eine Augustwoche eingemietet. Alles war so wie wir es erwartet hatten. Domenico ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat für uns einen Platz am Strand klar gemacht. Nochmals vielen Dank Domenico! Wer hier früher dran ist als wir (Eine Woche) sollte sich sehr bald um einen Platz kümmern. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Einfach Tür auf und alles ist da. Perfekt. Ansonsten ist alles so wie in den Rezensionen schon beschrieben. Jeder muss selbst rausfinden ob das für ihn passt. Wir fanden es großartig.

Tolle Lage
Wir wurden von Maria und Domenico sehr freundlich empfangen und mit diversen nützlichen Tipps versorgt. Auch die Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes war problemlos.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in der Fußgängerzone von Loano in vorderster Reihe zum Meer. Sie hat zwei Etagen und ist sehr grosszügig geschnitten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts (nach einer Woche wurde uns sogar neue Wäsche zur Verfügung gestellt). Es gibt keine Klimaanlage dafür stehen zwei Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und die Promenade. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen Gasgrill, welchen wir auch oft benutzt haben. Der private Parkplatz ist ca. 300 m von der Wohnung entfernt, aber man kann zum Ein- und Ausladen direkt in der Ladezone parkieren.
Der Bäcker ist gleich vis-à-vis, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bars sind zu Fuss rasch zu erreichen. Es handelt sich um einen lebhaften Ort und in den Sommermonaten herrscht bis nach Mitternacht Trubel auf den Straßen. Morgens in der Früh beginnen die Geschäftsleute dann mit Ihrem Treiben. Wer Ruhe sucht oder einen empfindlichen Schlaf hat, ist hier falsch. Aber für uns war es genau das Richtige.
Einen grossen freien Strand findet man in ca. 1 km Entfernung. Es ist ein Kiesstrand. In «Laufnähe» findet man nur Privatstrände, welche man am Besten im Voraus bucht, da sie im Juli / August fast immer ausgebucht sind.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Wir würden uns auf jeden Fall wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden.

Volevo fare una settimana al mare in famiglia senza andare in strutture tipo alberghi/ hotel e ho cercato un appartamento devo dire che la trovata e stata positiva perché l’appartamento e stato soddisfacente su tutti i lati grandissimo doppi bagni pulito terrazzo che da sul mare. Cosa dire se mi capita di tornare in liguria penso proprio di tornare allo stesso posto. Lo consiglio

Emplacement génial !
Si vous voulez être au coeur de la vie italienne et vivre à son rythme, c'est l'endroit idéal ! Directement dans la rue piétonne, tous les commerces et boutiques sont à proximité. Les rues sont animées jour et nuit (avis aux couche-tôt !) et on a l'impression de faire partie du décor.
Les repas sur la terrasse en face de la mer sont appréciés à leur juste valeur; tout ici est fait pour qu'on se plaise.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Fußgängerzone der Altstadt von Loano in vorderster Reihe zum Meer. Sie ist sehr großzügig über zwei Etagen geschnitten und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Von der Terrasse und dem oberen Balkon hat man einen wunderschönen freien Blick auf die Promenade und das Meer. Gleichzeitig kann man sofort in das italienische Kleinstadtleben eintauchen: Bäckerei vis-à-vis, Supermarkt 100 m entfernt, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Geschäfte alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der private Parkplatz ist 400 m entfernt, aber man kann das Auto einen Moment in der Ladezone vor dem Haus parken.
Wir wurden von Maria und Domenico sehr freundlich empfangen und mit Restaurantempfehlungen versorgt. Die Kommunikation war immer unkompliziert.
Wir waren drei Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere das Essen auf der Terrasse bei Sonnenschein und Meerblick war ein Highlight. Wir würden uns auf jeden Fall wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden.

Grandios!
Einfach grandios!
Grandioses Apartment: Das Apartment ist geräumig, raffiniert über zwei Etagen aufgeteilt und gibt für 4 Personen wirklich ausreichend Platz. Die Dachterrasse ist super zum Meer ausgerichtet mit hervorragender Sicht auf den Strandbereich. Das Apartment selber hat alles was man braucht - zwar einfach eingerichtet, aber sehr funktional und sehr ordentlich.
Grandiose Lage: Super zentral - die Treppen runter und man ist mittendrin im Leben von Loano. Mal schnell shoppen, mal schnell dinieren, mal schnell einfach nur flanieren - alles kein Problem. Und auch zum Strand sind es quasi nur 3min. Eine Empfehlung für den Strand: in unmittelbarer Laufnähe gibt es quasi nur Privatstrände wo man Sonnenschirme und Liegen anmieten kann - für einen Tag oder auch für länger. Im August sind die Liegen schnell auf lange Zeit ausgebucht. Also entweder rechtzeitig vorher schon buchen oder - mit etwas Glück - vor Ort noch eine Liegegruppe ergattern und dann gleich für mehrere Tage anmieten. Die Tagespreise variieren von 25,- bis 40,-EUR (je nach Lage zum Meer).
Grandioses Meer: Super klares Wasser und sehr sauberer Strand (allerdings kein Sand, sondern eher kleine Kieselsteinchen).
Grandiose Gegend: Loano ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen. Sehr auffallend - es gibt fast nur italienische Touristen. Unserer Meinung nach ein Hauptgrund dafür, dass die Preise nicht versaut und die Qualität vom Essen sehr hoch ist. Viele Städte wie Savona, Sanremo, Imperia, Genua oder auch Monte Carlo sind alle eine Reise wert und sind schnell auch mit dem Zug zu erreichen.
Grandiose Eigentümer: Super nett, super hilfsbereit und super entgegenkommend.

Sehr schöne großzügige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, perfekte Strandnähe, insgesamt gute Lage. Leider sehr heiß in der Wohnung, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Vermieter hat aber sofort reagiert und freundlicherweise Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt.

Top Rennrad und MTB Urlaub
Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit beim Rennrad fahren und Mountainbiken. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön in der Fußgängerzone von Loano in vorderster Reihe. Von Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Domenico, der Gastgeber war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat uns mit guten Tipps versorgt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Küche ist super. Zudem steht ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung, welchen wir auch oft genutzt haben. Die An- und Abreise war auch ganz unkompliziert. Wir würden uns auf jeden Fall wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden.

Top Appartement, Top Lage 👍
Waren zu viert Anfang März in Loano. Besonders gut hat uns die Aufteilung gefallen. Oben zwei Kids mit eigenem Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer, Wohnbereich und Balkon und unten Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche und großer Terasse. Für uns perfekt !
Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet und bietet sehr viel Platz.
Die Lage ist super, vorne schöne Sicht auf das Meer, hinten direkter Zugang in die Altstadt mit ihren kleinen Gassen und den herrlichen Shops.
Domenico ist der perfekte Gastgeber, immer freundlich und mobil erreichbar. Nochmals Danke für den Biketrip 👍�
Sind bereits am überlegen, wann wir das nächste Mal wieder kommen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Da wir bereits mehrfach in Loano waren, wusten wir wo das Apparment liegt. Die zentrale Lage und Strandnähe waren uns sehr wichtig. Unsere Urlaubstage starteten immer mit einem Frühstück auf der Terrasse, mit Blick aufs Meer. Dies entschädigte dann auch für die Turmglocke, die zumindest am Anfang sehr nervig ist.
Der Eigentümer ist super nett und unkompliziert.
Wir werden wieder kommen.
