Appartement charmant et très bien situé à 5 bonnes minutes à pied de la Plaza del Pilar et de la Patxiku Kalea où se situent les bars et les restos, et à 10 minutes à pied de l'océan.
Appartement parfait pour un séjour pour 2, nous sommes restés 2 nuits, très bien.
Xabier, notre hôte très à l'écoute, a laissé une carte de stationnement, top.
Check in par digicode, c'est très pratique.
Cuisine bien équipée
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour
Les tuyaux de la VMC, je pense, vibraient très régulièrement, de jour comme de nuit, ce qui était assez désagréable.
Lits un peu mous.
Petit détail : il serait bien de changer ou laver les housses de chaises qui sont tâchées.

No entender el tema parking pero al final no nos afectaba por ser festivos.

La ubicación es muy buena, tienen una tarjeta de aparcamiento para que puedas aparcar en la misma calle. El baño está muy bien equipado y tiene muy buena luz. El anfitrión nos recomendó sitios muy buenos para cenar.
Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas.

L’emplacement est top ! Assez près du centre et de la plage, sans être dans l’agitation du centre et de la plage.
Le lit était confortable, comme la salle de bain. La cuisine était bien équipée (mais tous les équipements n’étaient pas forcément propres…)
La communication s’est très bien passée !
Il y a beaucoup de petites lumières dans le studio qui font que les nuits ne sont pas noires totales !
L’appartement était un peu dur à chauffer mais après la première nuit, ça allait.

I do recommend host, location and this apartment in Zarautz. Host is very helpful and is very easy to get all information right a way. Apartment has perfect location in Zarautz. Everything is clean and well prepared for guests.

Within walking distance to beach . The hosts sent very detailed pictures and information how to access property . Parking right in front of property for 5 euros a day
If someone sensitive to external noise they maybe bothered by train passing by or people walking pass property

still pretty new and modern, well equipped
bed a bit uncomfortable, train tracks close by a bit disturbing, the flat is right next to the street and the windows are taped with opaque foil, which also means you can’t look out

Everything was very new and the facilities were great!

Very smart door locking system (We were totally independent - contact with the owner only by whatsapp).
Entrance directly from the street (good for short term staying without the kids).
Owner is very very polite - I left little bag and he sent me it by the courier to Madrid where I had next stop.

Great facilities (washing machine, fantastic large bathroom, comfortable beds) and a friendly host!
It’s a bit of a squeeze for a family of four and hard to dry the clothes because the flat is difficult to ventilate (you can open just a small part of the big window).
