Huge balcony with view of the sea and the "rock". Friendly owner. Parking. Close to shops. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is a must have. Fresh squeezed orange juice is worth it.

The landlady was really nice and gave us a lot of tips! Everything was really clean as well and we had a big balcony and a nice bathroom.

Only (really small thing) we didnt like is that the bathroom door opens the wrong way so you don't have a lot space to close it

Fantastic apartment with amazing views of Monemvasia. Our terrace was huge and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from there as recommended by our host! The bedroom is spacious and comfortable and we slept really well. Good sized bathroom with two sinks and a big shower. You can walk into Monemvasia in 25 mins so no need to worry about finding space in the main car park. Really friendly host who gave us great recommendations for dinner and how to get to Elafonisos island. Would highly recommend this place for a peaceful and quiet stay within easy reach of the bustle of Monemvasia.

Be careful in the shower as there is a slippery step.

We had a fantastic three week stay at Cyrenia Guest House. The apartment we boomed was very comfortable and well designed. We knew we were in for a great stay when we arrived to find a bottle of excellent, local white wine and a generous fruit bowl waiting for us in our room! The small but functional kitchen included a full size fridge with freezer, a small stove with three stovetop burners, pots and a frying pan for cooking, a panini press, and bowls, plates and cutlery. When she learned that we wanted to cook meals in the apartment, our host provided us with a very nice deep fryer as well (more on the amazing service from our host and her family below). There was also a comfortable sofa (which could be converted to a twin bed if need be) in the room. Great for lounging and reading. The bathroom is small but well appointed. The toiletries provided (shampoo; conditioner; body wash; lotion) are high quality and replenished regulalry. The shower is excellent with great pressure and plenty of hot water. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with high quality linens and pillows (*there were two pillows per person, one firmer than the other so you could choose which was more comfortable for you - a great touch). The neighbourhood is quiet and the modern shutters provide good blackout conditions; we enjoyed great sleeps throughout our stay. There are two large, walk-out balconies - one from the kitchen/living room and one from the bedroom. We ate at the table outside the kitchen, where we enjoyed a spectacular view of Monemvasia island and the harbour as we sipped coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The modern wall mounted, whisper quiet air conditioning units in the kitchen and bedroom moderated the temperature precisely during a heat wave. A nice touch was the plexiglass panel below the bedroom unit, which kept the cool air from spilling directly down onto the bed as we were sleeping.

Nicely and comfortably furnashed, very comfortable beds, large shower, a small fridge and above all a wonderful, very cosy and shady balcony facing a small garden and mountains. This balcony is a perfect place to have breakfast in and to spend your evenings😊 Very close to everything. Nice people.
