Just as tip to improve 1. Make a bed light, so you can have small light in stead of only big light in the room. 2.Georgia has best bread in the world but only American toast in breakfast.

Neat and cozy hotel near the center of the city, near metro station. Air conditioning, comfort temperature, tidy rooms. Breakfast is nutritious and suitable for children. Fabulous hospitality of mr. Georgy made our stay in hotel warm and friendly

Would not recommend to stay here. Disappointing experience

The host was approaching me a lot and tried to be friendly and helpful The design in the lobby area was nice

- Bed was very uncomfortable for me, I could feel the bed springs through the mattress - The host invited me to the wine cellar for some wine. At first he seemed very nice. Then he asked me if I have instagram or Facebook. I said sure. He then asked me for my phone to type in his name. What he then did is just super rude: While he had my phone in his hands, he went on my facebook account and started liking various posts of his hotel and also some websites (where he probably has some business) and EVEN commented on some facebook posts WITH MY OWN ACCOUNT! "How desparate can someone be?" is immediately what I asked myself. - When I had the sign "Do not disturb" on my door, someone tried to enter my room without even knocking the door. Privacy does not seem to be a priority in this hotel... - The hotel stuff, besides the "friendly" owner, was very grumpy, at the reception as well as at the breakfast. - Talking about breakfast: The buffet was pretty poor. Barely any fresh fruits, no fresh juices, barely any vegetables. Cheeses very already dried out. The scrambled egg was also dried out. - At the end of my stay, the owner reminded me multiple times to leave a good review on booking.com. This is probably the reason why this hotel has such a good average rating. - Very bad location in a side street of outer Tbilisi with quite some noise

It's the best one. Hotel Wine Palace is amazing. The personal is super. It's not just clean everything is shining. When you eat the breakfast it's enough to all day. The ground floor is the wine cellar. And everytime you want, you go there to taste wine. The owner of the hotel makes this wine himself. Especially I would like to note the administrator Sofia.

Very recommendable in this area

Location is very good if you need to be near the (technical) university. It is 2 minutes from the metro. Especially the landlord may give his friendly consent to make use of the wine cellar under the hotel. This is a major asset to know Georgian culture. Friendly staff, with a good service attitude. Recommendable hotel.

City centre is reachable by metro in 15 min, but this is still ok.

Great place to stay in Tbilisi!

New hotel with new furniture, very hospitable and friendly owner Georgi and the staff. The winery downstairs is amazing!

There were some small issues with hot water in the bathroom

A great place to stay.

I loved staying there. The owner was friendly and always asking your needs. He always loves us to drink wine. He is an amazing person. And the receptionists are all friends and willing to meet your needs. I also loved their breakfast.

I arrived at night, but they were waiting for me at the reception. The room heater was on. The room is not big but clean. The hotel is completely new. Good breakfast. Very friendly hotel owner. Quiet place. I recommend.

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

A soul of Georgian people

Fresh rooms, very good breakfast, welcoming staff. Hotel owner Georgi is an exceptional man, I haven't seen such friendly and kind people in any other country. From day one you have a friend that truly wishes you well and is trying to help you with any question. Georgi invited his guests to restaurants several times during my stay and haven't asked anything from anyone for it. You will feel like you're home, you will feel sincere care.

Great Place this Palace

First of all, this is a new hotel. Clean, fresh, with a great design and amazing staff. Convenient location, close to everything you need. The staff tries to help if you have questions. Hearty breakfasts every day. And the pride of the owner of the hotel Georgy - the wine museum. I recommend, if you need good service. Dear Hotel Wine Palace, thank you very much for your hospitality!

there is no air conditioning in the room, it can be hot in summer. and a smoking neighbor, smelled of tobacco. but this is not a problem because there were more positive things!:)

Great hotel, great people, great location, love it all.

The hotel is very unique in its class. Usually, in a non big chain hotel, you expect... Well, hotell... walls sealing, beds, etc. This hotel is something special.... in a good way... Rooms are spacious bright, very well decorated.... decor is something special.... you have to see yourself to believe. The furniture is great, very comfortable. The work desk.... YES, it is there... The rooms and bathrooms are CLEAN... The wine cellar... again, you have to see it to believe it. The owner is taking great pride in wine making. You can try traditional Georgian wine there.... This place is a true gem in the city. I will definitely stay many more times in this hotel.

Fantastic hotel and I am coming back next month!

my family and I were overwhelmed with attention and hospitality from the staff and especially from the owner of the hotel - Georgi! He showed us the wine cellar, gave as a quick tour of the wine his family is making, we had a wine tasting which was fantastic and also gave as two bottles if wine ad a present! The hotel itself was very cosy, tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable.
